Zaloma’s Fav

During our visit to Muskegon, we decided to pick up pizzas from Zaloma’s Pizza Co. I like to support local businesses, and I like it even more when it’s owned by someone I know. We ordered one Zaloma’s Fav, a Maui and an order of Cheese Bread. Everything was as good as I remembered the first time. Keep up the good work!

Oopsie

Looks like I forgot to take a shot of my dinner. However, I did capture my homemade donuts to celebrate National Donut Day.

Road-Trip Tradition

As with most of our trips to Michigan, we stopped by McDonald’s to grab food on our way out of town. I ate my Two Cheeseburger Meal with Fries and a Coke.

Taco Quesadillas

We had a leftover Night, and I made me a couple Taco Quesadillas with the taco meat, cheese and tortillas.

Spaghetti Night

Jennifer and Sophie made us their famous Spaghetti Dinner. It was tasty and just enough carbs to make me want to drift off into my slumber a little earlier than I’ve been hitting the sack.

Pineapple Chicken

For dinner, we shared a meal with friends who we were stationed with in England in 2002. It was a great visit at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. My Pineapple Chicken Kabob with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes was good, but the visit was the highlight.

Graduation Teppanyaki

I had Teppanyaki Combo of Filet Mignon and Lobster with Noodles, Fried Rice, Veggies, soup and salad with a Koto Japanese version of Long Island Iced Tea to wash it down. It was a great day celebrating Morgan’s accomplishment.

Taco Bar

We had family drive here from Michigan today, and I wanted to have something close to ready when they arrived after their long drive. I used many of my favorite Pampered Chef tools to pull off our Taco Bar Feast.

Steak Club Sub

It’s been awhile since we’ve been to Subway, and after a busy day finishing with Morgan’s baccalaureate, she picked to go there. I chose their new Steak Club Sub on Italian Herb & Cheese Bread and a bag of Barbecue Bakes Lay’s. I’m not sure if it was because I was so hungry or what, but it tasted much better than I remembered.
