Sophie was the master chef tonight following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother. Lasagna a la Stouffer’s. I’m not sure if I was extra hungry, but it was really good!
Tonight, Jennifer made some amazing Maple-Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Bacon. I added some Pan-Fried Drumsticks for a tasty meal.
Jennifer was already frying up the last of the pork chops when I made it home from my day job. She made us Pan-Fried Pork Chops with Maple-Roasted Acorn Squash, and it was as good as I remembered it being.
We followed the recipe for Skillet Dijon Chicken & Mushrooms with Asparagus expect we had more chicken than the one pound it called for. It was tasty, but we may add a few more spices to the chicken, and the sauce didn’t thicken as much as it showed in the recipe. We might add a bit of corn starch next time.
After a day spent behind my computer at home figuring out my taxes, I was very happy when Sophie made us amazing Pretzel Dogs for dinner. The Costco Special was just what we needed!
It was a late night at work, and I arrived home one minute before the French Bread was done in the oven to go with our Spaghetti with Meat sauce prepared by our dynamic duo, Jennifer and Sophie.
Tonight, I had a Bento Box Dinner with Miso Soup. It included General Tso’s Chicken, Fried Rice, Two Dumplings, a Spring Roll, a Crab Rangoon and a California Roll six pack. I topped it off with a Mango Bubble Tea!
