For dinner tonight, we made Pan-Fried Pork Chops in our 12-inch Nonstick Stainless Steel Skillet and served them with Sautéed Carrots and Puréed Cauliflower made in our Deluxe Cooking Blender. It was a very tasty dinner.
Morgan was our master chef for today and made us her Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with some added Enrichables Pea Protein. I believe Sophie made the Broccoli to go with it.
Jennifer and Morgan started Spaghetti when Sophie we’re close to home from our road trip, and Sophie chipped in once we unloaded the car. It’s good to be home!
I ate Pasta Pomodoro, which is fresh garlic sautéed in butter, white wine and olive oil with fresh basil and Roma tomatoes. It was served with a yummy bread stick. If you have a chance to visit Teddy’s Spaghetti, do it!
For dinner, I ate a Single Baconator with Fries and a Strawberry Lemonade. It was tasty and enough to keep my belly content during our trip.
I enjoyed a California Grilled Chicken Sandwich for dinner tonight. It had Applewood Smoked Bacon, Avocado, Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Garlic Mayo toppings.
I was thankful to come home and have Jennifer tell me she was going to craft her homemade Hamburger Tater Tot Casserole for dinner, and it was tastier than I remembered! It was even enriched with a bit of Pampered Chef love.
