Rotisserie Pork Loin

I tried making a Rotisserie Pork Loin in my Deluxe Air Fryer for the first time, and I think I may have cooked it a little too long. I was a little bummed because I was looking forward to the juicy goodness from other roasts I cooked in it. It still had good flavor. We served it with Quick Cooker Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Garlic and Spinach.

Pasta Pomodoro

I ate Pasta Pomodoro, which is fresh garlic sautéed in butter, white wine and olive oil with fresh basil and Roma tomatoes. It was served with a yummy bread stick. If you have a chance to visit Teddy’s Spaghetti, do it!

Christmas Munchies

I whipped up a couple of our favorite (and easy) Pampered Chef recipes … Easy Honey Teriyaki Meatballs in our Quick Cooker and Cheesy Chicken Bruschetta Dip, which was microwaved in a Rockcrok. Both turned out great!

Chicken Pot Pie Chowder

I made another new Pampered Chef recipe, Chicken Pot Pie Chowder. It was pretty quick using the Rockcrok Dutch Oven on the stovetop and in the oven.

General Tso’s Chicken

At our Pampered Chef Christmas Party tonight, we had General Tso’s Chicken with a Red Pepper and Walnut Dip. Great food. Great visit. Great team building.

Hongos Tacos with Street Corn

I ate Hongos Tacos, which were made of balsamic grilled mushrooms, black bean purée, chihuahua cheese, poblano rice, pico de gallo and guacamole. I paired them with Grilled Street Corn and some amazing Sweet Chili-Glazed Cracked Potatoes. Finally, I washed it down with a couple Margaritas on the rocks.

Zaloma’s Fav

During our visit to Muskegon, we decided to pick up pizzas from Zaloma’s Pizza Co. I like to support local businesses, and I like it even more when it’s owned by someone I know. We ordered one Zaloma’s Fav, a Maui and an order of Cheese Bread. Everything was as good as I remembered the first time. Keep up the good work!

Taco Bar

We had family drive here from Michigan today, and I wanted to have something close to ready when they arrived after their long drive. I used many of my favorite Pampered Chef tools to pull off our Taco Bar Feast.

Brisket Grilled Cheese with Tots

I ordered the Brisket Grilled Cheese with Tots, and it was really good. I never thought of adding brisket to a grilled cheese, but I may have to give it a try at home!


Chicken Noodle Soup with Multigrain Bread

While our fresh-baked multigrain bread was in the oven, I started the Chicken Noodle Soup. Jennifer chopped the ingredients, and I tossed them into the Quick Cooker and set the timer for 6 minutes! I was concerned the raw chicken wouldn’t get done in that short amount of time, but it was perfect! The noodles were tender and not mushy. The chicken was juicy, and the blend of flavors were outstanding!
