Rosemary Herb Chicken & Orzo

For dinner, I made one of my TasteBuds recipes from December, Rosemary Herb Chicken & Orzo, and it was amazing. The crispy skin on the Chicken Breasts, and the sweetness of the cranberries with the crunch of the roasted pecans in the Orzo were even better than I had hoped. And, I added some Cucumbers and Grape Tomatoes to finish off the meal.

Crispy Air Fryer Cod

I tried a new Pampered Chef recipe for dinner tonight, Crispy Air Fryer Cod and served it on a bed of Baby Kale with a dash of Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Air Fried Family Favorite

Morgan and I made dinner tonight. She crafted amazing Roasted Brussels Sprout Halves with Bacon and a splash of Balsamic Vinegar. I tossed some seasoned Chicken Thighs into our Deluxe Air Fryer, pushed the button, and our fantastic crispy meal was done in a flash.

Leftover Stir-Fry

For dinner, I heated up leftover Sweet Asian Beef Stir-Fry. I think it was spicier than when I ate it fresh. I still enjoyed it and the extra flavor.

Sweet Asian Beef Stir-Fry

I had a brain-draining Monday at my day job, and the family did most of the prep for dinner tonight. We made Sweet Asian Beef Stir-Fry Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok. It was pretty good, but next time we’d found a few tweaks we’d make to the recipe.

Pork Medallions with Cranberry-Onion Relish

For dinner tonight, I made Pork Medallions with Cranberry-Onion Relish. And, Jennifer made Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon on our Stone Bar Pan. It was a hit with the family, and I thought it was tasty, too.

Lazy Day Leftovers

For dinner tonight, we fended for ourselves and knocked out some leftovers. I chose the Beef Stroganoff. It wasn’t bad and willed my belly. I was very happy to realized today is Saturday, and I have another day without being chained to my computer.

S’ghetti Cooked by The Girls

The girls treated us to a tasty Spaghetti dinner with a meat sauce and a Kale & Fiber Enrichables for a little extra nutrients. I was thankful for them.

Air-Fried Pork Loin

I cooked Thick-Cut Pork Loin in our Deluxe Air Fryer and served it with a bit of Duchess Potatoes and Morgan’s Steamed Peas. Overall, a quick and pretty tasty meal, if I do say so myself.
