For dinner tonight, I made BBQ Ribs in our Quick Cooker and had macaroni salad and potato salad on the side with a sprinkle of paprika. Once the ribs were done, I topped them with a little extra sauce and broiled them for about 5 minutes to give them just the right amount of glaze. They were yummy to my tummy!

Now, I’m fasting for bloodwork in the morning. I’m sure everything will come back sunshine and rainbows!
