On our way back from picking up our Fresh Turkey for Thanksgiving, we stopped and picked up dinner from Hiro’s Sushi Express. I ordered a Hiro Roll and Chicken Fried Rice. It was so much better than I wanted it to be. We don’t get it often, but I sure enjoy it when we do!

White Chicken Chili
I made my very first attempt at at cooking White Chicken Chili, and it was amazing! I used my Quick Cooker and pulled chicken out of the freezer. Simple to make, and I think I even liked it better than the other Chili I made.
Amazing Sautéed Chicken with Mushroom Sauce
This Chicken with Mushroom Sauce is a repeat recipe, but this time we paired it with Roasted Squash and a Salad. E5/P3/M5/W200.2/S2894/WS20466/2/10
Ultimate Smokehouse Combo
Tonight, we order Chili’s through DoorDash. I had the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo, which included Ribs, Brisket and Chicken Crispers with Mexican Rice and Corn on the Cob.
Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Mac ‘N Cheese
It was Morgan’s turn to craft our feast tonight. She, while being encouraged by her mother, made us Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Mac ‘N Cheese with Mixed Vegetables. And, at the encouragement of her father, she added an Enrichables packet of Pea Protein into the Cheese Sauce. We even washed it down with a Coke to celebrate National Carbonated Beverage with Caffeine Day!
Leftover Squash
It was leftover night, and I finished off the Squash. However, I forgot to take a shot before I started chowing down. Oh, well. I’ll have a better shot tomorrow.
Grilled Ham & Cheese, Asparagus and Soup
For dinner tonight, I tried my hand at making us Inside-Out Grilled Ham & Cheese, Bacon-Wrapped Asparagus with Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup. It didn’t turn out like I had pictured it, but it was still tasty.
Roasted Chicken and Brussels Sprouts
For dinner tonight, I broke out my Half-Sheet Pan & Baking Rack Set again because the crispy chicken skin last time was so amazing, and it didn’t disappoint. I made Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs with Cherry Balsamic Brussels Sprouts and bacon. It was another success!
Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta
If you think cooking chicken in the microwave can only come out rubbery, you haven’t used our Deep Covered Baker. I proved it tonight with my take on another Pampered Chef Recipe. Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta was easy to make and only took about 30 minutes to prepare and cook. The covered stone keeps the juices in and doesn’t dry out the meat. We served the chicken and sauce over a bed of amazing Think Spaghetti.
Drumsticks with Butternut Squash Slices
After work, I used my new Half Sheet Pan & Baking Rack Set to make Crispy Baked Drumsticks over Fresh Cut Butternut Squash Slices. I wanted to go back for seconds, but I really was already full. So, maybe I’ll be able to enjoy leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
