For dinner, I made another Pampered Chef recipe, Easy No-Stir Risotto, in our Rockcrok Everyday Pan. We made was Chicken Sun-Dried Tomato & Spinach version. Our Chicken was still frozen, but we cooked it in the Quick Cooker while the Risotto was in the microwave. It was a hit!

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Roasted Apple & Brussels Sprouts
Jennifer cooked Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing, Cranberry Sauce and Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Apples.
Corndogs with Mac ‘N Cheese
Sophie showed her culinary expertise by making us Corndogs, Mac ‘N Cheese and Broccoli for dinner.
Steak & Shrimp
I ate a Medium Rare Sirloin with PowWow Shrimp, Asparagus and Seasoned Rice. We also shared some Fried Mushrooms.
Chicken Teriyaki with Rice
Jennifer and I whipped up a batch of Teriyaki Chicken in our Quick Cooker and added some are’s Cabbage and Carrot Slices. We also used our Ceramic Pot to cook Basmati Rice inside the cooker at the same time. We used our Pampered Chef Teriyaki Sauce with Honey.
Pork Chops, Carrots & Puréed Cauliflower
For dinner tonight, we made Pan-Fried Pork Chops in our 12-inch Nonstick Stainless Steel Skillet and served them with Sautéed Carrots and Puréed Cauliflower made in our Deluxe Cooking Blender. It was a very tasty dinner.
Tortellini with Broccoli
Morgan was our master chef for today and made us her Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with some added Enrichables Pea Protein. I believe Sophie made the Broccoli to go with it.
Pasta Pomodoro
I ate Pasta Pomodoro, which is fresh garlic sautéed in butter, white wine and olive oil with fresh basil and Roma tomatoes. It was served with a yummy bread stick. If you have a chance to visit Teddy’s Spaghetti, do it!
California Grilled Chicken Sandwich
I enjoyed a California Grilled Chicken Sandwich for dinner tonight. It had Applewood Smoked Bacon, Avocado, Swiss Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion and Garlic Mayo toppings.
Eating in stages
At my meeting, we made Pampered Chef recipes for Smashed Brussels Sprouts and Green Monster Muffins. With my Cheeseburger, it was just enough to top me off for the night.
