For dinner, we had Tri-Tip and Salmon, Steamed Broccoli, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus, Garlic-Roasted Vegetables, Honey Sriracha Brussels Sprouts and a House Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing. I saved my Asparagus, Garlic-Roasted Vegetables and Salad for lunch tomorrow. It was an amazing treat, and everything was outstanding!

Rotisserie Pork Tenderloin with Couscous
For dinner, I made a Pork Tenderloin in our Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie mode and served it with a Broccoli and Cauliflower Couscous.
Meatballs over Rice
For dinner, I pan fried Pineapple & Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs with Onion and colorful Bell Peppers, and I served it over Brown Rice made in our Quick Cooker. I think my family gave it a thumbs up!
Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Salad
For dinner tonight, I had a Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken Salad. It tasted even better than I had hoped.
Stuffed Bell Peppers
For dinner tonight, I made some Stuffed Bell Peppers that I think turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself. I used ground turkey, an amazing homemade taco seasoning and one red and one yellow bell pepper. And, I served them with a few slices of fresh avocado.
Kung Pao Chicken with Broccoli Beef
I ate Kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli Beef. I guess I didn’t remember how spicy the chicken was, but I was reminded very quickly. It was a hot spice, but it had great flavor.
Tater Tot Casserole
For dinner, I made a Tater Tot Casserole. It was a quick and easy tasty dinner.
Parisian Pork Medallions
For dinner, I made Parisian Pork Medallions in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Skillet and paired them with Carrot Fries made in our Deluxe Air Fryer. I enjoyed the meal!
Salmon, Steak and Veggies
I had a Sirloin Steak and Grilled Salmon with Steamed Broccoli and Grilled Asparagus. It was very tasty.
Rosemary Herb Chicken & Orzo
For dinner, I made one of my TasteBuds recipes from December, Rosemary Herb Chicken & Orzo, and it was amazing. The crispy skin on the Chicken Breasts, and the sweetness of the cranberries with the crunch of the roasted pecans in the Orzo were even better than I had hoped. And, I added some Cucumbers and Grape Tomatoes to finish off the meal.
