I tested out a new recipe tonight Potato Tacos with Chili Lime Crema. It was pretty tasty, but next time I will try paying attention closer to the recipe. I forgot to mix the cheese into the potatoes and to spray the tortillas with oil. So, I’m sure they will taste better next time. They were quick and easy to make in our Deluxe Air Fryer.

Another Nacho Night
We had another Nacho Night tonight. I also ordered a CrunchWrap Supreme Combo with a Nacho Cheese Dorito’s Locos Taco Supreme.
Friday Night Nachos
The girls went and picked up dinner. I have a CrunchWrap and we split a Party Nachos I’ve been seeing on the commercials.
Sunday Night Munchies
For dinner tonight, I had planned on putting some Beer Battered Cod in the Deluxe Air Fryer. Unfortunately, there were only 2 fillets in the freezer. So, we supplemented them with Taquitos, Mini Tacos, Pasta Salad and Air Fried French Fries.
Taco in a Bowl
We whipped up another new recipe in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok tonight, Taco in a Bowl, and I loved it! The recipe says it’s even “Keto Friendly” if you’re into that kind of thing. I just know that one helping filled me up, and it was tasty!
Homemade Taco Salad
Morgan made som yummy Homemade Taco Salad for dinner. I thought it was tasty.
Flank Steak Tacos
We finally made Flank Steak Tacos, and it was a team effort! I worked the Meat, the Heat and the Retreat (also known as a Crema) to give just enough relief from the heat of the sauce. Jennifer took care of the Slaw, which added a flavorful crunch to the tacos. And, the girls served as our sous chefs and were a big help getting dinner done.
Apps Night
I raided the freezer tonight and made a bunch of Appetizers for Dinner. It featured Mini Tacos, Mini Corn Dogs, Jalapeño Poppers, Pizza Rolls and Steamed Dumplings.
Hongos Tacos with Street Corn
I ate Hongos Tacos, which were made of balsamic grilled mushrooms, black bean purée, chihuahua cheese, poblano rice, pico de gallo and guacamole. I paired them with Grilled Street Corn and some amazing Sweet Chili-Glazed Cracked Potatoes. Finally, I washed it down with a couple Margaritas on the rocks.
Nachos and Tacos
Tonight we had takeout from a local Mexican restaurant. They got the 60% of the order wrong, but what we did receive was very tasty. We had amazing Super Nachos with Marinated Pork and Tacos with Rice and Beans. Nice meal with great company.
