Winner Winner Chicken Dinner!

I fired up the Deluxe Air Fryer and made Crispy Chicken. Jennifer was in charge of the sides and made Stuffing, Asparagus and Cranberry Sauce.

Sunday Night Porridge

I broke out a classic recipe from when I was young and made it my own. I combined our leftover Lime Chicken, Stuffing, Mashed Cauliflower and Mushroom Gravy into Sunday Night Porridge. Some people may call if Refrigerator Stew. It filled my void.

Chicken, Stuffing, Asparagus with Cranberry Sauce

Tonight Jennifer asked for Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing, Roasted Asparagus and Cranberry Sauce. So, as a team, we sprung into action. Sophie knocked out the stuffing and popped the chicken in the oven. Morgan washed and snapped the asparagus before I loaded them in the Deluxe Air Fryer to roast for a few minutes. Finally, Sophie took her grandma’s cranberry sauce recipe and made it her own with extra thick slices.

Fried Pork Chops with French Fries

For dinner tonight, I made some juicy Fried Pork Chops and Crispy French Fries in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Morgan made stuffing, and Sophie steamed Broccoli. It was a nice Saturday night meal.

Homemade Rotisserie Chicken

I tried another masterpiece in our Deluxe Air Fryer, and it would’ve been easier if I had twine to keep it together. Still worked, but it was harder than I anticipated.

Chicken Breast with Broccoli

Sophie was our Master Chef for the evening and made her famous Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing and Broccoli.

Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken

The girls had their feast nearly done when I made it home from work. They served us Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breast, Peas & Carrots, Stuffing and Cranberry Sauce for dinner.

Second Thanksgiving Plate

I fixed myself a plate of all the Thanksgiving fixins. I think it was even tastier than I wanted it to be. Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato, Green Bean Casserole and Brussels Sprouts. And, I followed it up with a slice of Apple Pie.

Thanksgiving Feast

For Thanksgiving dinner, I roasted the Turkey on my Half Sheet Pan and Baking Rack instead of a roaster pan. It seemed like it worked well because I could have the Sweet Potatoes roasting on the pan at the same time. We made a TRIPLE batch of Quick Cooker Mashed Potatoes, and they were just as good as a single batch! Gram made her Famous Pie Crust, and Mom tested out our Apple Slicer/Peeler to make the filling. She said she might even be brave enough to make it in her own with how easy it was. Sophie joined her to make the Green Bean Casserole, and Morgan made the Dressing. I made some Quick Cooker Smashed Brussels Sprouts and had a failed attempt at making gravy. Oh well, we can get everything perfect.

Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Morgan and Sophie made dinner tonight. We had Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing, Sweet Peas and Cranberry Sauce. It almost felt like a pre-Thanksgiving feast.
