Grilled Sirloin with Pow Wow Shrimp

To celebrate to surviving another week, we ordered dinner delivered. I had a Medium Rare Sirloin, Seasoned Rice, Summer Vegetables and Pow Wow Shrimp. It was amazing as ever.

Flank Steak Fajitas

We made Flanks Steak Fajitas for dinner on our Double Burner Grill. Morgan heated the tortillas on our Double Burner Griddle. Sophie whipped up an amazing salad to go with it.

Mother’s Day Ribeye

I fully enjoyed my Medium Rare Ribeye, Pow Wow Shrimp, Seasoned Veggies and Squash Slices.

Fajitas Texanas

To celebrate Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday, we ordered food delivered from El Rodeo Mexican Restaurant. DoorDasher brought me Fajitaa Texanas, which includes Steak, Chicken and Shrimp. It was yummy, and I washed it down with a Pink Lemonade Margarita while visiting with my family in Michigan, South Carolina and Arizona on their Facebook Portals. Nice visit.

Cast Iron Steak

I didn’t hear that new users should call their Cast Iron Skillets “smoke detector testers,” but it would’ve been helpful when I made my first steaks in one today. I also cooked some in in our Deluxe Air Fryer to see which I preferred. Both were good, but I think I need more practice with my skillet. We had Mixed Vegetables and a Caesar Salad to go with it.

Steak & Ribs

I ate a little Steak, a bit of Ribs in Carolina Gold BBQ Sauce with Fries and Coleslaw. Now, I’m ready to fall into my food coma.

Chipotle Steak Bowl

On my way home from my chiropractor appointment, I picked up dinner from our Chipotle Drive-Thru! Yes, you heard that correctly! It only takes online orders. If you want to place an order, you have to go inside. I was out of the house for almost one whole hour!

Disappointing Delivery

I had a Brewhouse Philly and Brewhouse Blonde Fish ‘N’ Chips for dinner tonight. The Philly was pretty good, but the fish was overcooked and disappointing. I could’ve made better fish I our Air Fryer.

Sirloin & Shrimp

I had a Medium-Rare Sirloin, Powwow Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes and a Creamy Corn. It was even better than I wanted it to be! And, I washed it down with a bottle of Yuengling Light

Beef Stroganoff over Linguini

Jennifer found a new recipe for Beef Stroganoff. We made it our own by using what we had in the house … Steak Fajita Meat, a bit of Red Wine, Fresh Mushrooms and Linguini. I really enjoyed it, but I think my favorite part was us working as a team to get the meal on the table.
