My family chose to make us a little High Hopes for dinner. Jennifer and Sophie teamed up to make their famous High Hope Spaghetti. Morgan bakes us some Dinner Rolls and steamed us some Mixed Vegetables.

Signature Spaghetti
Jennifer made her Signature Spaghetti for dinner tonight with thick noodles and ground turkey instead of beef.
Spaghetti with Enrichables
My family made Spaghetti tonight and actually added two packets of Enrichables to it without me asking! One was Kale & Fiber, and the other was Pea Protein.
Bruschetta Pasta
We tried another new Pampered Chef recipe tonight, Bruschetta Pasta. It was all cooked in our Rockcrok Dutch Oven in the microwave in 20 minutes.
Welcome Home Spaghetti
Jennifer and Morgan started Spaghetti when Sophie we’re close to home from our road trip, and Sophie chipped in once we unloaded the car. It’s good to be home!
Pasta Tuesday
We made a Chicken, Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomatoes Pesto Pasta, our take on a Pampered Chef recipe. I enjoyed it very much!
Last Dinner of 2019!
To wrap up this old year, Jennifer and Sophie made us their famous High Hopes Spaghetti. I have high hopes that I will keep my focus in 2020 and live intentionally. May everyone count their many blessings, love one another, show mercy when possible and accept the gifts of grace and forgiveness when they are given.
Special Spaghetti for company
Our Thanksgiving guests arrived safely and just in time for Jennifer and Sophie’s High Hopes Spaghetti. It was great as usual, and I added some sprinkles of Italian Seasoning on some freezer rolls to give them a little extra something. Our guests were well satisfied. I can’t wait until we share a feast tomorrow!
Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta
If you think cooking chicken in the microwave can only come out rubbery, you haven’t used our Deep Covered Baker. I proved it tonight with my take on another Pampered Chef Recipe. Creamy Pesto Chicken Pasta was easy to make and only took about 30 minutes to prepare and cook. The covered stone keeps the juices in and doesn’t dry out the meat. We served the chicken and sauce over a bed of amazing Think Spaghetti.
‘High Hopes’ Spaghetti Night
Jennifer and Sophie made us some of their famous “High Hopes” Spaghetti for dinner tonight. They made it with Thick Spaghetti and their meat sauce while blasting “High Hopes” by Panic.
