Stuffed Chicken Breast and Pasta Salad

Jennifer made dinner tonight, and we planned out our menus for the next week. She baked us Asparagus and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Pasta Salad and added artichoke, green onions and English cucumbers. I added a little tiramisu to my plate as a sweet treat. It was a tasty meal, and I was thankful for her making it.

Meatloaf Night

Jennifer welcomed me home with meatloaf almost ready to go into the oven. She modified her family’s recipe by adding a few different Pampered Chef spices. For sides, we had veggies, macaroni salad and potato salad.

Beef Burger Patties with Greek Salad

The burgers included crumbled feta cheese, Dijon rub, oregano, salt and pepper. I grilled the patties in my Nonstick Grill Pan and topped it with my Grill Press. It only took 4 minutes on each side. I sliced a Roma tomato, added a few onion slices and served it on a Hawaiian roll. I added a little car chip and Dijon mustard to mine.

Three Cheese Garden Pizza & Classic Cobb Salad

Tonight’s dinner was made at my monthly Pampered Chef meeting. It featured Three Cheese Garden Pizza and a Classic Cobb Salad. Both were amazing and must be added into our food rotation.

Grilled Chicken Greek Salad & Tzatziki Sauce

After cubing chicken breasts and marinating them in the special sauce, I used my Stainless Steel Nonstick Skillet to grill it just right. Meanwhile, the family sliced, chopped and stripped all the ingredients for the salad including the Kalamata olives. And, they made homemade Tzatziki sauce to go with it.
