Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

I tested another new recipe tonight, Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi. I paired it with Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend and Asparagus roasted in the Deluxe Air Fryer. I enjoyed the meal, but others enjoyed the glaze more than the fish.
