The girls made a feast for dinner tonight, and I was very thankful. I had Chicken Kiev, Air Fried Roasted Potatoes, Mac ‘N Cheese and Veggies. They do spoil us sometimes.

Pork Roast with Roasted Veggies

We made an amazingly seasoned, tender and juicy Pork Roast in our Quick Cooker with Potatoes and Carrots, and we paired it with Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus made in our Deluxe Air Fryer for a great meal ready in 45 minutes!

Peruvian Chicken Dinner

We made Peruvian Chicken in our Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie mode, and it was amazing as always. This time we also made Peruvian Green Sauce for the first time and LOVED it! Jennifer and Morgan cleaned and chopped the Roasted Veggies. Sophie made her first ever loaf of Banana Bread.

Sweet Italian Sausage

It was grocery shopping day, which meant that we didn’t feel like cooking. So, I popped some Sweet Italian Sausages and Hash Brown Patties into the Deluxe Air Fryer for dinner.

Celebrating National Burger Day

To celebrate National Burger Day, our Dasher brought us dinner from Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger with The Works and shared two Large Fries with the family. It was just what the doctor ordered!

Family-Size Stuff Chicken Breasts

We ordered a family dinner delivered from Houlihan’s through DoorDash. The meal included Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Garlic-Herb Cream Cheese, Honest Gold Mashed Potatoes and Green Beams. It also included an amazing Salad, Bread Sticks, Houlihan’s Famous Shrooms and a Brownie Batter Cake.

Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Chops

We tried another new recipe for dinner tonight. Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Chops baked on our Nonstick Double Grill. They were a hit with no leftovers.

Rotisserie Roasted Pork Loin

For dinner tonight, I stuck a Pork Loin on a Rotisserie Spit and put it into our Deluxe Air Fryer. Morgan and Sophie made us Buttery Garlic Mashed Potatoes in the Quick Cooker, and Jennifer roasted fresh asparagus in the fryer while the meat was resting. The only thing wrong with the meal is that there were no leftovers. I guess we liked it!

Pigs-in-a-Blanket Casserole

We celebrated National Pigs in a Blanket Day by making a casserole, which featured Kielbasa and Swiss Cheese wrapped in a Pastry with a Black Olive garnish. It was served with Air Fried Potatoes. I also made us appetizers of a couple stacks of a Ritz Cracker topped with Peanut Butter, a Bread & Butter Pickle Slice and a Black Olive with White Cheddar Skewer.
