For dinner tonight, I made some Pork Chops and a Creamy Herb Sauce in our Cast Iron Skillet, Morgan steamed our Veggies and made the Sausages in the Deluxe Air Fryer, and Sophie made some Mac ‘N Cheese.

Pork Chop Leftovers
I grabbed a Pork Chop from the fridge and popped it into the Deluxe Air Fryer with a pad of butter. After 5 minutes on reheat, it was good to go!
Creamy Herbed Pork Chops
We tried a new recipe tonight, Creamy Herbed Pork Chops. I enjoyed it, but the family thought the sauce was too spicy. I think the Mac ‘N Cheese with the Roasted Asparagus helped.
Quick Cooker Pork Chops
We tried another new recipe in our Quick Cooker because we didn’t have meat thawed. Pork Chops and Veggies cooked in 12 minutes with a natural release to make them extra tender.
Pork Chops and Roasted Potatoes with Corn on the Cob
For dinner tonight, Jennifer pan-fried Pork Chops in our Cast Iron Skillet, and Sophie diced some Potatoes that I roasted in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Morgan shucked Corn on the Cob before I stuck them in the air fryer for a few minutes. Finally, Sophie and Morgan teamed up to bake some amazing homemade Banana Bread in our Stone Loaf Pan. Great teamwork to make a great meal.
Chili Lime Pork with Charred Corn Salad
I made dinner tonight and tested out a new Pampered Chef recipe, Chili Lime Pork with Charred Corn Salad. I used our 12-inch Cast Iron Skillet. I also made Corn on the Cob in our Deluxe Air Fryer.
Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Chops
We tried another new recipe for dinner tonight. Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Chops baked on our Nonstick Double Grill. They were a hit with no leftovers.
Fried Pork Chops
For dinner, I made some a-MAZE-ing Pork Chops in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Sophie popped a Sweet Potato into the Quick Cooker to steam it. and, Morgan made us a Pasta Salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes and artichoke hearts. It was a delicious meal.
Repeat Fried Rice
We loved the Fried Rice we made last week so much, we had to make it again. It was amazing, and we made enough this time to have a little second helping.
Homemade Fried Rice
We used up our leftover Roast, Pork Chops and Rice and made a recipe Jennifer found online called “The BEST Fried Rice” … and, it was really good. I think next time we may have to double the recipe.
