Birthday Girl’s Choice

To celebrate Sophie’s birthday, I made her Happy Birthday Croissant French Toast, and she chose what we had for dinner. We ordered Chicken & Artichoke Pizza, Sweet Habanero Wings, Mediterranean Meatballs, Bread Sticks and Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms from Boombozz Craft Pizza & Taphouse. It was tasty, and then we had Blizzards from Dairy Queen for dessert. I hope it was a special day for her.

Cauliflower Pizza

After making a trip to Costco, I was too tired to cook. So we made our favorite frozen pizza … Roasted Veggie Cauliflower Pizza, and we tested out a new Plant-Based Sausage Pizza on a Cauliflower Crust, too. I liked both of them. We served them with a Salad.

Bruschetta Pizza

I was craving pizza tonight, and we ordered from Chicago’s Pizza. I had Deep Dish Bruschetta Pizza, a piece of Garlic Cheese Bread and a Pepperoni Stick. I added some Apple Slices to include some healthy carbs.

Saturday Night Delivery

We ordered Domino’s delivery. Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, Garlic Bread Twists, a Hawaiian Pizza, a Specialty Pizza and a Crispy Lava Cake. It was a little taste of our old normal life.

Veggie Pizza on Cauliflower Crust

OK. If you’ve never tried the Roasted Veggie Cauliflower Pizza from Costco, you are soooo missing out. The crust is crunchy, the veggies are sweet, and it is fantastic from the first time we made it. In fact, I start going through withdrawals if I don’t have it for too long. Baked in the oven, right on the rack in 12 minutes! Easy-peasy!

Pizza Plus Delivered

We ordered from Dominos for dinner. We call it our “usual” but we haven’t had in in months. We get a medium Hawaiian Pizza, a medium Veggie Pizza, a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, Parmesan Bread Knots and a small order of Mango Habanero Wings.

Meatless Monday – Cheese Pizza

Morgan made our first Meatless Monday dinner of the year … Cheese Pizza. It was a gluten free frozen pizza from Costco. The crust was crispy and just as tasty as I had hoped.

Pizza with Cheesy Garlic Bread

We ordered one Pride Pizza and one Meat Eater Pizza, one small Ham and Pineapple Pizza and a couple orders of Cheesy Garlic Bread. But, the best part was enjoying spending time with the family.
