Celebrating 16

We went to Olive Garden for dinner so Sophie could get her long-awaited Strawberry-Banana Smoothie. We scarfed on the Salad and Breadsticks like they were bottomless, and the Spinach-Artichoke Dip was just as good as we remembered. I chose the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara for my entree, and it was amazing! We didn’t even have room for dessert!

Cheese Tortellini

Tonight, Morgan made us Cheese Tortellini with Alfredo Sauce for dinner. I grated some fresh Parmesan and crushed some pepper on mine.

Another Lasagna Night

Sophie was the master chef tonight following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother. Lasagna a la Stouffer’s. I’m not sure if I was extra hungry, but it was really good!

Spaghetti with French Bread

It was a late night at work, and I arrived home one minute before the French Bread was done in the oven to go with our Spaghetti with Meat sauce prepared by our dynamic duo, Jennifer and Sophie.

Spaghetti and Crescent Rolls

Tonight, Jennifer and Sophie made us dinner. Spaghetti with a meaty red sauce and crescent rolls. It was a tasty meal.

Planko-Crusted Tilapia with Pasta Salad

For dinner, I baked some Planko-Crusted Tilapia to go with Morgan’s Pasta Salad, which included cucumbers and artichoke hearts. It was another frozen entree from Costco and was pretty tasty. And, that’s no foolin.

Stuffed Chicken Breast and Pasta Salad

Jennifer made dinner tonight, and we planned out our menus for the next week. She baked us Asparagus and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Pasta Salad and added artichoke, green onions and English cucumbers. I added a little tiramisu to my plate as a sweet treat. It was a tasty meal, and I was thankful for her making it.
