After work, Sophie made Spaghetti, Jennifer made the Meat Sauce, and I made some amazing Garlic Bread on our Rockcrok Grill Stone under the broiler.

BBQ Pork Sandwich
After spending most of the day at a mountain adventure park, we stopped by a grocery store and picked up a couple sides and Onion Rolls to make sandwiches with our leftover Pork. The sides were Potato Salad and Macaroni Salad.
Quick Cooker Pork with Mac ‘N Shells
I made some Pork in our Quick Cooker using a Cranita recipe. Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese using Shells instead of Macaroni Noodles. I added a bit of Barbecue Sauce to mine, and it was tasty. I washed it down with a Blue Moon.
Shrimp & Clam Linguini
After spending most of the day riding through the mountains, we decided to order food. To our surprise, DoorDash now delivers from Fuego’s! We were so excited that we didn’t have to get back in the car to venture out again! This time, I ordered the Shrimp & Clam Linguini. It was yummy!
Fuego Alfredo
We made it to our final destination, but after the long drive, we didn’t feel like grocery shopping or cooking. So we ordered dinner online and ran and picked it up. It was only about a 10-minute drive, and the yummy food was ready for us when we arrived. It was good to get away from our normal gas station or fast food diet of the traveling days. My dinner was Fuego Alfredo, which was named after the restaurant (😁) and was a linguini Pasta with their specialty Alfredo sauce. It came with amazing ciabatta bread.
BBQ Pork Sandwiches
I threw a Pork Shoulder in our Quick Cooker before bringing our driver’s-in-training out for another round of parallel parking while it was cooking. Jennifer knocked out a batch of her famous Pasta Salad while we were gone. We returned 45 minutes later and made BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches to go with the Pasta Salad and Macaroni Salad.
Mushroom-less Spaghetti
Jennifer and Sophie were crafting the special Spaghetti when I made it home from work. But, they said they chose to leave out the mushrooms because they looked past their prime. I guess I’ll use them in my eggs for breakfast.
Pasta Bake
The family had dinner nearly ready when I made it home from work. We had a Classic Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake a la Stouffer’s.
More Mac ‘N Cheese with Sausages
When you’re ready to finish your shift on your day job only to notice that you have a quarterly report due tomorrow, you work a little over to get it ready. Thankfully, my family didn’t let me starve to death. Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese with Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage for dinner. And, it hit the spot! I washed it down with a big glass of milk.
Monday Night Spaghetti
Jennifer and Sophie had Spaghetti ready when I returned home from work. It was a welcome surprise after a busy day.
