Home-Cooked Lasagna

Sophie helped me make dinner by baking our Lasagna and tossing our salad. I slaved over the Deluxe Air Fryer crafting us Crescent Rolls to go with the meal. Yup. Another night of teamwork makin’ the dream work!

Salisbury Steak with Air Fried Cauliflower

The girls and I made dinner tonight. Morgan popped the Salisbury Steak into the oven and made her famous Pasta Salad with Sophie’s assistance, and I chopped up a head of Cauliflower and cooked it in our Deluxe Air Fryer Basket on rotisserie mode. I tried to put Parmesan on it, but the melted and stuck to the basket. Oh well, the family gave it an overall thumbs up!

High Hopes with Brazilian Cheese Bread

Sophie and Jennifer made us their famous High Hopes Spaghetti and I tossed the rest of our Brazilian Cheese Bread into our Deluxe Air Fryer. I love the comfort food!

Chicken Alfredo with Brazilian Cheese Bread

Morgan made us Chicken Alfredo for dinner, and I tossed some Brazilian Cheese Bread in the Deluxe Air Fryer. Then, we tossed a salad to add veggies to the plate. We ate early so we had time to play a bit of Dungeons and Dragons as a family.

Tuesday Night Pizza

We had dinner delivered from Domino’s. We had our normal spread, and I ate a slice of Sausage, Onion and Sausage Pizza, a slice of Ham & Pineapple Pizza, Half of a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, a couple Garlic Knots, some Mango Habanero Wings and a Brownie Square.

Chicken Parmesan

We tried another new recipe for dinner tonight, Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan, and I loved it. The girls did the prep work, and I handled the seasoning, battering and frying of the chicken. Sophie made a salad, and Morgan prepared the Cheese Tortellini. It was a very satisfying meal.

Homemade Stromboli

I tested out another Pampered Chef recipe for dinner. Sophie helped me make Stromboli in the Deluxe Air Fryer, and it was amazing! It’s definitely on the keeper list.

Veal Parmesan with Fettuccini Alfredo

I had a busy workday, and on my way home from my chiropractor appointment, I stopped by Amore Italian Kitchen and brought home some comfort food. I had Veal Parmesan with Fettuccini Alfredo with a piece of Garlic Bread and a Risotto Ball with a Basil Sauce. It was just what I wanted. It was our first visit, but I look forward to my next one.
