For dinner, we shared a meal with friends who we were stationed with in England in 2002. It was a great visit at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. My Pineapple Chicken Kabob with Parmesan Mashed Potatoes was good, but the visit was the highlight.

Chimichurri Steak
Tonight for dinner, we grilled some Chimichurri Steaks and served them with Garlicky Mashed Potatoes and Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts. See the nice grill marks made by my Grill Pan? Can you say YUM?
Prom Kabob
I ate Beef Fillet Kabob with Vegetables and Balsamic Ancho Chile Drizzle at Firebirds Wood Fried Grill. Then, we shared a Brownie and Ice Cream for dessert. Everything was very tasty!
Quick Cooker Roast
Thanks to our Quick Cooker, We could fully cook a Roast, Veggies and Mashed Potatoes in about 30 minutes. I was happy it was done so quickly because all of my running around made me hungry. And, we ate it all up!
Southern Fried Chicken
I ate Southern Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes covered in White Gravy, a couple Buttermilk Biscuits and a serving of Kale and Brussels Sprouts Salad. I also enjoyed a Spring Berry Iced Tea. I was a little disappointed that I was too full to finish everything. Oh well, that’s another lunch to take to the office!
Easter Dinner
We made Costco-seasoned Ribs, Asparagus and Mashed Potatoes with a Salad. I was planning on making Easter Cookies, but since it was so nice and sunny today, we did a little work around the house while dinner was cooking. Then, the oxygen rushed to my stomach to help digest my meal leaving me craving a little relaxation. Happy Easter!
Honey Balsamic Basil Chicken
I had Honey Balsamic Basil Chicken, Corn and Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and Corn Bread.
Chicken Fried Steak
I had an amazing Chicken Fried Steak with Garlicky Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. It had a perfectly seasoned white gravy to smother the meat and the potatoes. I scarfed up the meal like it could’ve been my last! I was very satisfied.
Fried Chicken Craving
Tonight, I had Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and Coleslaw. An ice-cold Coke helped me wash it down! It was just as good as I had hoped it would be!
Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans with Spinach-Artichoke Dip
My dinner tonight included a Medium-Rare Top Sirloin, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Green Beans with a Spinach-Artichoke Dip and Chips. It was very tasty!
