For dinner, I made a Pampered Chef Recipe called Carrot-Ginger Soup. I’ve shown the recipe in some virtual parties, but this was my first time trying to make it. Chop up carrots in chunks (about one inch), Add the ingredients into the Deluxe Cooking Blender, and push the “Soup” button. Viola! Out pops steaming hot soup in no time! I made a grilled Cheese Sandwich to go with it.

Mediterranean Dinner
We ordered a DoorDash delivery from a new place for us, Pita Land Mediterranean Grill, and I was very satisfied. I had a combination of Grilled Chicken, Kufta and Lamb over Rice, a Salad and Hummus with Pitas.
Tasty Onion Burger
We received our first TasteBuds subscription delivery this week. I used it to make my premier recipe Onion Burgers. Even my self-professed onion-hating daughter LOVED them! And the aioli was amazing, too! We paired it with a Avocado Ranch Chopped Salad and Pasta Salad. We didn’t have buns. So, I had mine on toast. Thank you Pampered Chef!
Celebrating
Tonight I noticed it was National Cheeseburger Day. How could we not celebrate it? No home cooking for us! I sent the girls to Burger King with a coupon. Let’s hear it for a Whopper with Cheese, Fries and a Coke!
Grilled Turkey and Cheese
For dinner, I tried making a Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwich in our Deluxe Air Fryer, and it was AMAZING! I read about others using it, but this was my first try. Only 4 minutes on each side, and it was perfect. I will be making them again!
Flank Steak with Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus and Salad
For dinner tonight, we broke out several Pampered Chef products to help us out. Jennifer made some Garlicky Mashed Potatoes in our Quick Cooker. Morgan made some Roasted Asparagus in the Deluxe Air Fryer. Sophie knocked out a salad. And, I sliced our Marinated Flank Steak before grilling it on out Nonstick Double Burner Grill Pan. It was a tasty meal that I fully enjoyed.
Grilled Sirloin with Pow Wow Shrimp
To celebrate to surviving another week, we ordered dinner delivered. I had a Medium Rare Sirloin, Seasoned Rice, Summer Vegetables and Pow Wow Shrimp. It was amazing as ever.
Grilled Loaded Fajita Nachos
For dinner tonight, I sliced up some beef and grilled it on our Nonstick Double Grill. And, Sophie gathered, chopped and grilled the veggies on our Rockcrok Grill Stone. Morgan made sure our kitchen tools were clean and ready to use, and Jennifer was the master red onion chopper. I also whipped up a batch of homemade salsa in our Manual Food Processor. Finally, Sophie layered everything on the Grill Stone and stuck it in the oven to melt the cheese. It turned out amazing. The only thing I’d do different next time would be cut the meat in bite-size pieces to make it easier to eat. How do they look to you?
Flank Steak Fajitas
We made Flanks Steak Fajitas for dinner on our Double Burner Grill. Morgan heated the tortillas on our Double Burner Griddle. Sophie whipped up an amazing salad to go with it.
Patty Andrews with Sweet Potato Tots
I didn’t notice how late it was getting when I realized I was hungry. So, we had a dasher bring us dinner from another local restaurant, the Grilled Cheese Society. I had a Patty Andrews, which was a hamburger patty, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms and their special Society Sauce on wheat bread. For a slice, we shared orders of Sweet Potato Tots and a classic Mac Bites.
