Chicken & Broccoli Risotto

We made a Quick Cooker Chicken and Broccoli Risotto. We used brown rice, and it turned out a little different, but it was still very tasty.

Rotisserie-Cooked Pork Loin

We worked on dinner together as a family tonight. We cooked a Pork Loin in our Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie mode, roasted Brussels Sprouts in the oven on our Large Bar Pan, pressure cooked a batch of Buttery Mashed Potatoes in our Quick Cooker and a thick slice of Cranberry Sauce.

Million Dollar Spaghetti

I whipped up a batch of Million Dollar Spaghetti in our Quick Cooker. I found the recipe online, and two of us liked it, one said it was OK, and the fourth gave it a thumb down. Fortunately, I was one who liked it.

Quick Cooker Cheddar Broccoli Risotto with Chicken

We had teamwork making dinner tonight making Quick Cooker Cheddar Broccoli Risotto with Chicken. Sophie gathered the ingredients. Morgan shredded the cheese and measured everything. Jennifer chopped the veggies that needed to be chopped. I diced the chicken into bite-size pieces. Then, Morgan stirred it in the Quick Cooker and got the pressure cooking it.

Family-Size Stuff Chicken Breasts

We ordered a family dinner delivered from Houlihan’s through DoorDash. The meal included Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Garlic-Herb Cream Cheese, Honest Gold Mashed Potatoes and Green Beams. It also included an amazing Salad, Bread Sticks, Houlihan’s Famous Shrooms and a Brownie Batter Cake.

Chili Lime Pork with Charred Corn Salad

I made dinner tonight and tested out a new Pampered Chef recipe, Chili Lime Pork with Charred Corn Salad. I used our 12-inch Cast Iron Skillet. I also made Corn on the Cob in our Deluxe Air Fryer.

Contactless Pizza Delivery

To celebrate the end of a long week for me and the end of the school year for Sophie, we ordered Domino’s delivery. I had a slice of Pepperoni & Pineapple Pizza, a slice of Mushroom, Onion and Pepper Pizza, Half a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, a few Garlic Bread Knots and some BBQ wings.

Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Chops

We tried another new recipe for dinner tonight. Brown Sugar & Garlic Pork Chops baked on our Nonstick Double Grill. They were a hit with no leftovers.

Fending for Ourselves Night

Tonight we had a Fend for Ourselves night for dinner. I chose leftover Mediterranean Meatballs and a Stuffed Portobello Mushroom.

Birthday Girl’s Choice

To celebrate Sophie’s birthday, I made her Happy Birthday Croissant French Toast, and she chose what we had for dinner. We ordered Chicken & Artichoke Pizza, Sweet Habanero Wings, Mediterranean Meatballs, Bread Sticks and Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms from Boombozz Craft Pizza & Taphouse. It was tasty, and then we had Blizzards from Dairy Queen for dessert. I hope it was a special day for her.
