Rosemary Cream Chicken

I fully enjoyed my Rosemary Cream Chicken, which was sautéed slices of chicken in a rosemary cream sauce accented with mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes served on fettuccine. It was simply amazing.

Chicken Pot Pie Chowder

I made another new Pampered Chef recipe, Chicken Pot Pie Chowder. It was pretty quick using the Rockcrok Dutch Oven on the stovetop and in the oven.

Easy Tortellini Toss

Morgan is our usual Tortellini master, but we had her try a new recipe tonight where she and Sophie made cheesy sauce from scratch! The Pampered Chef recipe is for Easy Tortellini Toss, and it’s all cooked in the microwave using our Deep Covered Baker. I diced the Ham Steak, but they did everything else in their own including adding the Spinach.

Red Lentil & Spinach Soup

We made Red Lentil & Spinach Soup in our Quick Cooker, and I loved it! It wasn’t quite the same as the soup we had in Turkey, but it was close. Some of my family said it was missing something … like MEAT!

Moo Shu Pork Wrap

We tried out a new recipe tonight, and it did not disappoint! We used a Pampered Chef recipe for Moo Shu Pork Wrap. And, the others in the family enjoyed it, too! I added some Celery Sticks as a side with a little bowl of Peanut Butter.

Cheesy Garlic Bread

Sophie came home from her concert with Pizza and Cheesy Garlic bread, and I scarfed on some of that garlicy goodness. Just enough carbs to push me over the sleepy time hump.

Thanksgiving Feast

For Thanksgiving dinner, I roasted the Turkey on my Half Sheet Pan and Baking Rack instead of a roaster pan. It seemed like it worked well because I could have the Sweet Potatoes roasting on the pan at the same time. We made a TRIPLE batch of Quick Cooker Mashed Potatoes, and they were just as good as a single batch! Gram made her Famous Pie Crust, and Mom tested out our Apple Slicer/Peeler to make the filling. She said she might even be brave enough to make it in her own with how easy it was. Sophie joined her to make the Green Bean Casserole, and Morgan made the Dressing. I made some Quick Cooker Smashed Brussels Sprouts and had a failed attempt at making gravy. Oh well, we can get everything perfect.

Woopsie … Yesterday’s Dinner Today

At a Pampered Chef party, I featured six appetizers, which received rave reviews. So, my dinner was samples of Quick & Easy Teriyaki Meatballs, Roasted Red Pepper & Walnut Dip, Cheesy Chicken Bruschetta Dip, Classic Party Dip, a Raspberry Habanero Cream Cheese Christmas Tree and Vanilla Spice Flavored Whipped Cream. We also had an amazing Raspberry Tequila Sangria.

Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Our Sour Cream Noodle Bake was a team effort today. Jennifer played MOMager and kept us focused, on task and cleaning as we went. She also sliced the green onions. Sophie and Morgan darted to the store when we realized we ran out of cheese. Sophie also was in charge of the noodles and helping her MOMager mix the ingredients, while Morgan grated the cheese. I worked on the meat sauce and layering everything in the pan. No one even noticed I added a Kale & Fiber Enrichables packet to it. 🤫 the meal was a success, and we even had some for leftovers.

Homemade Sweet Potato Soup

You can’t get fresher than this! Our Homemade Sweet Potato Soup is made with Fresh Sweet Potatoes, Onion, Garlic, Sage, a teaspoon of Salt and Vegetable Broth. Toss everything in our new Deluxe Cooking Blender, push a button and Soup pops out in about 15 minutes. It was sooooo yummy! We paired it with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.
