New Year’s Ham Fried Rice

For dinner tonight, we made Ham Fried Rice. I chopped up a bunch of leftover ham. Sophie made a batch of Rice in our Quick Cooker, and Morgan helped me fry it up in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok. It was a tasty start to 2021.

Repeat Fried Rice

We loved the Fried Rice we made last week so much, we had to make it again. It was amazing, and we made enough this time to have a little second helping.

Breakfast Casserole for Dinner

We had planned on making it for breakfast yesterday, but the Sandman kept us slumbering too long. So, Sophie helped Jennifer make her famous Breakfast Casserole for dinner tonight. It was good enough for a double helping.

French Toast with Sausage

After my first day back to work, I made my family dinner when I returned home. I had a bunch of rolls and instead of making a dozen or more sandwiches, I made French Toast with Homemade Raspberry Jam, Maple Chicken Sausage Links and a bit of Scrambled Eggs. Nice to have Breakfast for Dinner. It’s been awhile.

Breakfast Casserole for Linner

I think we originally planned on having this for brunch, but it took us longer to get going than we wanted. So it transformed into Breakfast for Linner. Our Casserole has hash browns, sausage, onions, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, eggs and shredded cheese. It’s a family recipe we’ve been making since shortly after we were married, and it was tasty as ever!

Cheesy Eggs, Bacon and Sausage

Tonight, Morgan made us her famous Cheesy Eggs, and I popped some Maple Sausage Links and Bacon Strips into the oven. If you have a Pampered Chef Bar Pan, baking your sausage and bacon keeps the splatter from your stovetop. It also is a great way to start seasoning a new stone.

Hibachi Time

I enjoyed a Steak and Scallops Hibachi combo that was served with Mushroom Soup, Salad, two Shrimp Appetizers, Fried Rice, Noodles and Vegetables.

Pancakes and Cheesy Eggs

Tonight, we enjoyed another breakfast for dinner featuring White Chocolate Chip Pancakes with Cheesy Eggs with Mushrooms. We followed up the meal with a family game of Life.

IHOP … It’s what’s for dinner

After not escaping our first adventure to the Escape Room, we went for a late lunch/early dinner at IHOP. I had a Split Decision and enjoyed Breakfast for Dinner. My meal was two medium eggs, two French toast triangles, two pancakes, two slices of bacon and two sausage links.
