New Year’s Ham Fried Rice

For dinner tonight, we made Ham Fried Rice. I chopped up a bunch of leftover ham. Sophie made a batch of Rice in our Quick Cooker, and Morgan helped me fry it up in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok. It was a tasty start to 2021.

Triple Dipper

My dinner was better than I had hoped it would be. I ate a couple Cheeseburger Sliders with Bacon, Honey-Chipotle Wings and Blossom Pedals with a Corn on the Cob. It was very satisfying.

Onion Burgers with Sausages

I whipped up another bunch of Onion Burgers and Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausages with Fries and Corn. And, I used more of my homemade aioli.

Pork Chops and Roasted Potatoes with Corn on the Cob

For dinner tonight, Jennifer pan-fried Pork Chops in our Cast Iron Skillet, and Sophie diced some Potatoes that I roasted in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Morgan shucked Corn on the Cob before I stuck them in the air fryer for a few minutes. Finally, Sophie and Morgan teamed up to bake some amazing homemade Banana Bread in our Stone Loaf Pan. Great teamwork to make a great meal.

Cod with Mac ‘N Cheese with Corn on the Cob

I fried Beer Battered Cod in our Deluxe Air Fryer, Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese, and Sophie shucked some Ears of Corn on the Cob, and I roasted them in the Deluxe Air Fryer. It was a tasty meal.

Leftover Ribs Night

Pardon me, but I was hungry enough that I forgot to snap it after my Corn On the Cob, Macaroni Salad and a couple Ribs were cleaned to the bone. I missed the “pretty” shot, but the meal was pretty tasty if I do say so myself.

Father’s Day Ribs

For Father’s Day, I made a hug rack of ribs, Air Fried Cauliflower and Corn on the Cob, Sophie made Quick Cooker Mashed Potatoes. It was just what I wanted!

Grilled Loaded Fajita Nachos

For dinner tonight, I sliced up some beef and grilled it on our Nonstick Double Grill. And, Sophie gathered, chopped and grilled the veggies on our Rockcrok Grill Stone. Morgan made sure our kitchen tools were clean and ready to use, and Jennifer was the master red onion chopper. I also whipped up a batch of homemade salsa in our Manual Food Processor. Finally, Sophie layered everything on the Grill Stone and stuck it in the oven to melt the cheese. It turned out amazing. The only thing I’d do different next time would be cut the meat in bite-size pieces to make it easier to eat. How do they look to you?

Chili Lime Pork with Charred Corn Salad

I made dinner tonight and tested out a new Pampered Chef recipe, Chili Lime Pork with Charred Corn Salad. I used our 12-inch Cast Iron Skillet. I also made Corn on the Cob in our Deluxe Air Fryer.

Enriched Shepherd’s Pie

For dinner tonight, we made Shepherd’s Pie, but we were a little low on potatoes so we added cauliflower to it and added a package of Scalloped Potatoes. I also added a packet of Enrichables Pea Protein to the potatoes and a packet the Kale & Fiber to the meat sauce. It was yummy!
