We made a report recipe tonight. Sautéed Chicken Thighs with Mushroom Sauce & Roasted Green Beans. This time we added a little bit of Better Than Bouillon to give it extra flavor. And, it was yummy!

Happy Friday

When you’re at work late before you pick up your teens from school and spend too much time in Party City, you drive by McDonald’s and grab some Avenger Happy Meals with a Captain America toy.

Chicken Pot Pie

For dinner tonight, Jennifer baked us Marie Callender’s Chicken Pot Pies. We hadn’t had them in awhile, and they were better than I remembered.

Mini Tacos with Brazi Bites

I made us a batch of Mini Tacos with Brazi Bites, which are Brazilian Cheese Bread balls. It was enough to ward off any hunger pains before we watched the big battle on Game of Thrones.

Leftover Night

I chose leftovers from our Hibachi night and the last piece of Southern Fried Chicken for my dinner tonight. I popped them in my Round Covered Baker and a couple minutes later, viola! Dinner was served.

Southern Fried Chicken

I ate Southern Fried Chicken with Mashed Potatoes covered in White Gravy, a couple Buttermilk Biscuits and a serving of Kale and Brussels Sprouts Salad. I also enjoyed a Spring Berry Iced Tea. I was a little disappointed that I was too full to finish everything. Oh well, that’s another lunch to take to the office!

We made Smokey Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs with Oven-Roasted Vegetables. They had amazing flavor and turned out better than I had expected. The only difference we made from the recipe was that we broiled them for a few minutes once they were done to give the bacon a little more crispness.

Friday Night Fajita

We decided to actually go out to eat tonight at Riviera Maya Bar & Grill. I had the Especial Riviera Maya Fajita. It was loaded with chicken, steak, shrimp and chorizo. It filled my belly, but wasn’t as flavorful as I wanted.
