We tested out our new Half Sheet Pan & Baking Rack Set on our dinner tonight to see if it helped make it taste better. We roasted Bacon Wrapped Chicken Thighs over Maple Balsamic Brussels Sprouts, Carrots and Onions. The ruling was that it indeed helped make the bacon crispy on all sides.

Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Morgan and Sophie made dinner tonight. We had Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing, Sweet Peas and Cranberry Sauce. It almost felt like a pre-Thanksgiving feast.
Chicken Pot Pie
For dinner, Sophie baked us some Chicken Pot Pies, which were pretty tasty. We haven’t had them in awhile.
Pasta Carbonara
I called Gram on my way home from work, and we were discussing life and recipes. That got my craving going for homemade Pasta Carbonara, and I had to run to the store and buy the ingredients. It was amazing!
Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast
Morgan too good care of us today by making us Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast, Green Beans and Stuffing. It was very kind of her and appreciated.
Mediterranean Braised Chicken
We had Mediterranean Braised Chicken complete was Artichoke Hearts, Olives, Tomatoes and seasoned Feta Cheese. We cooked it in our Rockcrok on the stove, in the microwave and under the broiler.
Broccoli Bake
For dinner tonight, we had a Broccoli Chicken Pasta Bake.
Quick Chicken & Brussels Sprouts
We had planned on having our Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs until we realized we forgot to thaw the chicken. Thankfully, our Quick Cooker was there to jump into action. It went from a solid block of ice to ready to eat in 15 minutes. We paired it with Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts for a great meal made at home.
Chicken Dinner
Tonight we had a Fried Chicken Dinner just like my mom used to give us when I was growing up. It was complete with Mashed Potatoes & Gravy, Coleslaw and a Biscuit.
Happy Dumpling Day
I ordered some amazing Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Shrimp Tempura, Fried Rice, a Summer Roll and finally Two Fried Dumplings to celebrate National Dumpling Day.
