High Hopes with Brazilian Cheese Bread

Sophie and Jennifer made us their famous High Hopes Spaghetti and I tossed the rest of our Brazilian Cheese Bread into our Deluxe Air Fryer. I love the comfort food!

Cod with Mac ‘N Cheese with Corn on the Cob

I fried Beer Battered Cod in our Deluxe Air Fryer, Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese, and Sophie shucked some Ears of Corn on the Cob, and I roasted them in the Deluxe Air Fryer. It was a tasty meal.

Double Pork Belly Steakburger with Bourbon Sauce and Fries

The girls hit a drive thru on the way home from the store tonight, and they brought me a Double Pork Belly Steakburger with Bourbon Sauce and Fries for dinner. And, I even had a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Shake to wash it down. Thanks, Steak ‘N Shake!

Cheesy Bagels

For my dinner tonight, I cooked some Bagels in our Deluxe Air Fryer to toast them to perfection for a slight crunch on the outside with a nice tender warm inside. In 5 minutes, the cheese melted to just the right gooey goodness.

Meatless Monday

For dinner tonight, Morgan made us Cauliflower-Crusted Pizzas for dinner. I had a slice of the Roasted Veggies one and another of the Cheese. They were as tasty as always.

Almost a Grilled Chicken Sandwich

When it arrived, the shape seemed off to me. It was a wrap, which was no problem, but it was also Fried Chicken. However, the added surprise Bacon helped me make my risk assessment. You see, fried foods have not exactly been agreeing with me lately, but my daughter delivered it to me, and I was hungry. And, there was Bacon to help tip the scales. So, I ate it, and like most food, it tasted good to me. I just hope my body appreciates the sustenance and doesn’t throw a fit. We shall see!

Power Bowl for the Win!

Since Sophie is a huge Taco Bell fan, it was no surprise when she chose it for dinner. I had a Power Menu Bowl, and I think it was even tastier than I had hoped!
