I tried a new recipe that I found online: French Onion Rice. We paired it with a salad and fresh Vegetables. It was quite tasty.

Freddy’s for the win!
I enjoyed a Double Bacon and Cheese Steakburger Combo with a-MAZE-ing Onion Rings and a Turtle Concrete Mixer. I really enjoyed it with their Fry Sauce.
Taco in a Bowl
We whipped up another new recipe in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok tonight, Taco in a Bowl, and I loved it! The recipe says it’s even “Keto Friendly” if you’re into that kind of thing. I just know that one helping filled me up, and it was tasty!
Friday Night Pizza Delivery
To celebrate surviving another workweek, we had DoorDash bring us pizza from a new restaurant or at lest new to us: Pies & Pints. We ordered a Chicken Gouda Pie, which was packed with bacon, Garlic Bread, Greek Salad, and Char-Grilled Hot Wings. And, for dessert, I could only take a couple bites of the super rich Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Terrine. It was amazing, but I was stuffed.
Working Hard in the Kitchen
For dinner tonight, the whole family chipped in. Sophie Baked our Broccoli-and-Cheese-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Morgan made the Stuffing, I made the Cauliflower in the Deluxe Air Fryer Rotisserie Basket, and Jennifer sliced the Cranberry Sauce using Sophie’s technique. Tasty meal.
Home-Cooked Lasagna
Sophie helped me make dinner by baking our Lasagna and tossing our salad. I slaved over the Deluxe Air Fryer crafting us Crescent Rolls to go with the meal. Yup. Another night of teamwork makin’ the dream work!
Pizza and a Movie
Morgan baked us a couple Cauliflower-Crusted Pizzas for dinner tonight, and we ate them while watching “Extraction.” One was a Cheese Pizza and the other was a Plant-Based Sausage Pizza.
High Protein Bowl
I had a High Protein Bowl, which featured White Rice, Black Beans, Chicken, Steak, Cheese and Shredded Romaine with a Tomatillo-Red Sauce that was pretty spicy. Overall, it was a great dinner.
Hickory Brisket And Bacon Burger with Fries
For dinner tonight, I had an amazing Hickory Brisket And Bacon Burger with Fries delivered by DoodDash from BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse. It was even better than I hoped it could be!
Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Stuffing and Asparagus
Sophie baked us some Stuffed Chicken Breasts for dinner tonight, Morgan made the Stuffing and chopped the Asparagus, and I tossed the Asparagus with Garlic Infused Canola Oil and added some Asian Seasoning before roasting them to perfection in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Sophie concluded the meal by slicing some Cranberry Sauce. I think we must not have has the ones stuffed with Broccoli and Cheese in awhile because they were amazing!
