Forced DQ

My daughter picked dinner for us. She stopped my Dairy Queen on our way home from the chiropractor. I had Honey BBQ Chicken Strips, Cheese Curds and Texas Toast. I was too full to eat my mini Blizzard. I look forward having it tomorrow.

Celebrating

Tonight I noticed it was National Cheeseburger Day. How could we not celebrate it? No home cooking for us! I sent the girls to Burger King with a coupon. Let’s hear it for a Whopper with Cheese, Fries and a Coke!

Veggie Lasagna

We baked a frozen Veggie Lasagna for dinner tonight. Not bad, but I missed the meaty sauce.

Grilled Turkey and Cheese

For dinner, I tried making a Grilled Turkey and Cheese Sandwich in our Deluxe Air Fryer, and it was AMAZING! I read about others using it, but this was my first try. Only 4 minutes on each side, and it was perfect. I will be making them again!

Hopeless Spaghetti

The plan was to have High Hopes Spaghetti for dinner, but our hopes were dashed because someone was sleepy and didn’t want to start the tune. However, we still had an amazing Spaghetti dinner.

Home-Baked Pizzas

Morgan baked us Pizzas on our new Pizza Stone and evening uses the Pizza Peel to put it only the pre-heated stone! Yes, you can preheat and use our new stoneware under the broiler! Even better? You can put it in the dishwasher. #mindblown

Homemade Stromboli

For dinner tonight, I made Stromboli for dinner in our Deluxe Air Fryer. I think it was even better than this time.

Meatless Monday Italian Style

It’s been a bit since we ordered Italian food delivered, but it was time tonight. Jennifer and I shared our meals because we couldn’t decide which one sounded best. I chose the Penne Alla Ortolana, and she picked the Tagliatella Alla Tarantella. I enjoyed it.
