Crispy Broccoli Bake

We had a Broccoli and Chicken Bake for dinner, and the crispy crust was the highlight.

Thick Spaghetti

Have you ever tried Thick Spaghetti? When we went shopping, Jennifer asked us not to get “thin” spaghetti. So, we found “thick” noodles. We bought them mostly as a joke because “thin is NOT in” at our house. But, they are some of the best pasta noodles I’ve had. They almost remind me of Okinawa Soba Noodles. We are hooked and will have them again!

Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Morgan and Sophie made dinner tonight. We had Asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing, Sweet Peas and Cranberry Sauce. It almost felt like a pre-Thanksgiving feast.

Pasta Carbonara

I called Gram on my way home from work, and we were discussing life and recipes. That got my craving going for homemade Pasta Carbonara, and I had to run to the store and buy the ingredients. It was amazing!

Yummy Lasagna

For dinner we had Lasagna, and it was even better than I had hoped. I think I’ll rest well tonight!

Hidden Veggie Pasta

At my Pampered Chef meeting, we made Hidden Veggie Pasta Sauce in our Deluxe Cooking Blender. For our sweet treat, we made a Quick Cooker Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bundt Cake, which was amazing!

Friday Night Spaghetti Surprise

Jennifer and Sophie were slaving over the stove when I returned home from work. They were whipping up a batch of their Spaghetti. It was tasty and appreciated.

Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast

Morgan too good care of us today by making us Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breast, Green Beans and Stuffing. It was very kind of her and appreciated.

Rio Grande Nachos

I know the recipe calls it “Rio Grande Dip,” but it was big enough to feed all of us. We turned it into an amazing Rio Grande Nacho dinner. The dip is made in a Rockcrok on the stove and in the oven. It was amazing!

Pretzel Bacon Burger

Spent a long day of driving home from Michigan today. I’m so wiped out. Maybe it’s my age getting the best of me. Sweet dreams, friends.
