Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Stuffing and Asparagus

Sophie baked us some Stuffed Chicken Breasts for dinner tonight, Morgan made the Stuffing and chopped the Asparagus, and I tossed the Asparagus with Garlic Infused Canola Oil and added some Asian Seasoning before roasting them to perfection in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Sophie concluded the meal by slicing some Cranberry Sauce. I think we must not have has the ones stuffed with Broccoli and Cheese in awhile because they were amazing!

Steak and Ribs Takeout

I picked up dinner from O’Charley’s while running errands tonight. I had a Steak, Ribs, Rice and Broccoli with a Couple Buttery Dinner Rolls. It filled me up and was pretty tasty.

Costco Hot Dogs

After our adventure at Costco, we decided to go with the Hot Dogs at the food court. It was tasty, and I paired mine with Veggies and a bag of chips.

Peruvian Chicken Dinner

We made Peruvian Chicken in our Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie mode, and it was amazing as always. This time we also made Peruvian Green Sauce for the first time and LOVED it! Jennifer and Morgan cleaned and chopped the Roasted Veggies. Sophie made her first ever loaf of Banana Bread.

Chicken & Broccoli Risotto

We made a Quick Cooker Chicken and Broccoli Risotto. We used brown rice, and it turned out a little different, but it was still very tasty.

Salmon Dinner

I made Lemon Butter Salmon for dinner and served it with roasted Broccoli and a fresh-tossed Salad.

Quick Cooker Cheddar Broccoli Risotto with Chicken

We had teamwork making dinner tonight making Quick Cooker Cheddar Broccoli Risotto with Chicken. Sophie gathered the ingredients. Morgan shredded the cheese and measured everything. Jennifer chopped the veggies that needed to be chopped. I diced the chicken into bite-size pieces. Then, Morgan stirred it in the Quick Cooker and got the pressure cooking it.
