Parental Spaghetti Spectacular

Jennifer and I teamed up to make Spaghetti and Garlic Butter Biscuits for dinner. She made the spaghetti in our Nonstick Stainless Wok, and I made the biscuits in the Deluxe Air Fryer.

High Hopes Comfort Food

My family chose to make us a little High Hopes for dinner. Jennifer and Sophie teamed up to make their famous High Hope Spaghetti. Morgan bakes us some Dinner Rolls and steamed us some Mixed Vegetables.

We tried our own take on a recipe Jennifer found online. One-Pot Cheesy Cauliflower & Broccoli Chicken turned into Cheesy Cauliflower & Broccoli Chicken Soup after a slight mixup of the quantity of certain ingredients. But, it was amazing with great flavor, and I think I prefer it as a soup! We made Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits to go with it.

Tonight we decided to make a bit of comfort food, Chicken Pot Pie Chowder. Everything was cooked in our Rockcrok Dutch Oven … in the Microwave, on the Stovetop and in the Oven.

Chicken Fried Chicken

I had a Sunday Homestyle Chicken topped with Sawmill Gravy and Mashed Potatoes, Carrots with Brussels Sprouts N’ Kale Salad and a Homemade Buttermilk Biscuit. It was AMAZING!

First Friday Fried Chicken

For dinner, I ate Fried Chicken with Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy and a Buttermilk Biscuit. It was even tastier than I remembered it.

I made another new Pampered Chef recipe, Chicken Pot Pie Chowder. It was pretty quick using the Rockcrok Dutch Oven on the stovetop and in the oven.

I finished off some leftover Chili and Biscuits in my attempt at clearing out the fridge before Thanksgiving.
