Grilled Loaded Fajita Nachos
For dinner tonight, I sliced up some beef and grilled it on our Nonstick Double Grill. And, Sophie gathered, chopped and grilled the veggies on our Rockcrok Grill Stone. Morgan made sure our kitchen tools were clean and ready to use, and Jennifer was the master red onion chopper. I also whipped up a batch of homemade salsa in our Manual Food Processor. Finally, Sophie layered everything on the Grill Stone and stuck it in the oven to melt the cheese. It turned out amazing. The only thing I’d do different next time would be cut the meat in bite-size pieces to make it easier to eat. How do they look to you?
Mini Cheeseburger Pies
We tried another new recipe in our Brownie Pan. Mini Cheeseburger Pies have a Pancake Batter base with a scoop of Hamburger, Shredded Cheese and Green Onions in the center. Then, we topped most of them with more Shredded Cheese and served them in a bed of Romaine with Diced Tomatoes and Pickles. I thought they were tasty!
High Hopes with Breadsticks
Jennifer and Sophie made their special High Hopes Spaghetti, Morgan and Sophie made a Salad, and Morgan and I made some Italian Cheesy Garlic Bread.
Monday Night Lasagna
The girls teamed up to bake us Lasagna for dinner.
Patty Andrews with Sweet Potato Tots
I didn’t notice how late it was getting when I realized I was hungry. So, we had a dasher bring us dinner from another local restaurant, the Grilled Cheese Society. I had a Patty Andrews, which was a hamburger patty, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, sautéed mushrooms and their special Society Sauce on wheat bread. For a slice, we shared orders of Sweet Potato Tots and a classic Mac Bites.
Million Dollar Spaghetti
I whipped up a batch of Million Dollar Spaghetti in our Quick Cooker. I found the recipe online, and two of us liked it, one said it was OK, and the fourth gave it a thumb down. Fortunately, I was one who liked it.
Celebrating National Burger Day
To celebrate National Burger Day, our Dasher brought us dinner from Five Guys Burgers and Fries. I had a Bacon Cheeseburger with The Works and shared two Large Fries with the family. It was just what the doctor ordered!
Whoopsie
Guess who forgot to take a shot of his dinner before he scarfed down most of it? Yup, this guy! It was leftover night, and I chose a large helping of leftover Lasagna. Normally, I would get a second helping to hide my mistake, but this helping filled me up. So, here’s the shot from when I remembered.
Homemade Taco Salad
Morgan made som yummy Homemade Taco Salad for dinner. I thought it was tasty.
