Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
I tested another new recipe tonight, Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi. I paired it with Southwest Mango Quinoa Blend and Asparagus roasted in the Deluxe Air Fryer. I enjoyed the meal, but others enjoyed the glaze more than the fish.
Meatloaf and Brussels Sprouts
I tested out a new Meatloaf Recipe and cooked Brussels Sprouts in the Deluxe Air Fryer Rotisserie Basket.
Chicken Parmesan
We tried another new recipe for dinner tonight, Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan, and I loved it. The girls did the prep work, and I handled the seasoning, battering and frying of the chicken. Sophie made a salad, and Morgan prepared the Cheese Tortellini. It was a very satisfying meal.
Rotisserie-Cooked Pork Loin
We worked on dinner together as a family tonight. We cooked a Pork Loin in our Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie mode, roasted Brussels Sprouts in the oven on our Large Bar Pan, pressure cooked a batch of Buttery Mashed Potatoes in our Quick Cooker and a thick slice of Cranberry Sauce.
Rotisserie Roast with Veggies
I threw a Roast on our Deluxe Air Fryer’s rotisserie spit, and the flavor turned out amazing! Jennifer roasted Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots and Brussels Sprouts in a Balsamic Mix on our Large Bar Pan. It was an amazingly sweet, crisp and beautifully roasted side dish.
Fried Chicken with Roasted Veggies
Tonight, we made Fried Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Sweet Potatoes. The skin was nice and crispy, and the veggies were nice and tasty.
