Our DoorDasher brought us dinner from B.J.’s Brewhouse. I ordered the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with a lemon-Chardonnay butter sauce and topped with sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese. It was served with white-cheddar mashed potatoes, and steamed broccoli. Very tasty!
Meatloaf Night
Jennifer welcomed me home with meatloaf almost ready to go into the oven. She modified her family’s recipe by adding a few different Pampered Chef spices. For sides, we had veggies, macaroni salad and potato salad.
Cheesy Chicken Dinner
I shared this new recipe at a virtual Pampered Chef party yesterday, and it looked so good, I had to try it! I called it my Cheesy Chicken Dinner, but the recipe actually called it a dip. Either way, it was enough to fill us up and have leftovers.
Monday Night Kolaches
We had a case of the Mondays today, and Sophie was in charge of dinner. She popped in a batch of Kolaches I found at Costco. They were filling enough to keep us going, and they weren’t bad with a dab of mustard.
Pasta Fagioli with Italian Sausage
I tested out a new Pampered Chef recipe for dinner tonight. Pasta Fagioli with Italian Sausage also includes cherry tomatoes, ditalini pasta, carrots and cannellini beans. Since we like it more saucy than soup, I may have doubled the pasta in it.
Double dinner
I found a Hotdog Combo that included chips, a bottle of water and two White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies at the vendor event, but after finally making it home, my family saved me some of the Heart-Shaped Raviolis with Alfredo Sauce.
Rueben with Curly Fries & Jalapeño Bites
We hit the Arby’s drive thru on the way home from setting up for tomorrow’s vendor event. I ordered a Rueben with Curly Fries and Jalapeño Bites.
Italian Sausage & Pasta in Garlic Wine Sauce
Tonight’s dinner was the Costco meal I had planned for yesterday, Italian Sausage & Pasta in Garlic Wine Sauce. It was easy to fix (as in it baked for 50-60 minutes) and tasted OK.
Tour de Costco Smorgasbord
I finally ended my extended Tour de Costco at the Food Court. The family wanted me to bring them their famous $1.50 hotdogs and drinks. I chose a Turkey and Provolone Sandwich with a Chicken Bake side. I can neither confirm nor deny that I may have nibbles on the Chicken Bake when stopped at red lights on the way home.
DashPass Dinner
We ordered from Chili’s, and I chose a Rack of Ribs coated in a Honey-Chipotle Sauce with Fries and Roasted Sweet Corn (on the cob just the way I like it)! I didn’t pay attention to what everyone else ordered because I was too busy stuffing my face. I was going to get a half-rack, but then my side would’ve changed to Coleslaw. There really was no choice.
