Breakfast for Dinner Part II

Morgan chose Breakfast for Dinner, again. She made her famous pancakes with chocolate chips. I cooked some sausage links, and Jennifer and her Sophie Sous Chef made a Breakfast Casserole. It was a great way to spend Daylight Saving Day!

Vendor Event Delivery

I spent all day at a vendor event, and my fear was having to choose from the standard food. I was very thankful when a fellow vendor announced she was going to stop by Panera to pick up lunch (which turned into our Linner). I ordered a Broccoli Cheddar Soup Bread Bowl with a Modern Caprese Sandwich.

Oops … almost forgot

I had a busy day at my day job followed by setting for an early morning vendor event. So, on our way home, I took the girls to the Dairy Queen drive thru. When I finally arrived home, it was nearly time to go live on a virtual party. Before I knew it, most of my meal was gone. #oops At least I remembered before I only had the wrapper to show.

Quick Cooker Jambalaya

This Pampered Chef Quick Cooker version of jambalaya only took about 30 minutes to make. It includes chicken sausage, chicken breast and long-grain rice for main ingredients with veggies and spices as side kicks. It turned out better than I imagined! We will be making this again!

Stuffed Chicken Breast and Pasta Salad

Jennifer made dinner tonight, and we planned out our menus for the next week. She baked us Asparagus and Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Pasta Salad and added artichoke, green onions and English cucumbers. I added a little tiramisu to my plate as a sweet treat. It was a tasty meal, and I was thankful for her making it.

Baked Tilapia with Mediterranean Quinoa

After work I tossed some Gordon’s Grilled Tilapia into the oven before I changed out of my work clothes. When I returned to the kitchen, I started the bag of Mediterranean Quinoa in the microwave. Quick meal that wasn’t bad. To read tonight’s blog post, visit

Teriyaki Chicken & Rice

I popped out my Quick Cooker and a bottle of Pampered Chef Teriyaki Sauce with Honey. I tossed the chicken in the pot and added about a half-cup of the sauce and some water so it could come to pressure. I had too many pieces to cook the rice in the cooker, too. So, I put the rice in the Ceramic Pot and cooked it in the microwave.

Lasagna & Bohemian Rhapsody

Saturday was another family night. Jennifer and the girls baked their famous Lasagna and we watched Bohemian Rhapsody while munching on popcorn and Good & Plenty.

Chinese delivery

We ordered from a family meal Hong Kong Cuisine in Carmel. It includes Sesame Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Beef Fried Rice, Egg Drop Soup, Egg rolls and Crab Rangoons. It was tasty.
