We’ve obviously been eating out too much lately. Tonight, we stayed home and enjoyed some of the leftovers waiting for us in the fridge.
Celebrating 16
We went to Olive Garden for dinner so Sophie could get her long-awaited Strawberry-Banana Smoothie. We scarfed on the Salad and Breadsticks like they were bottomless, and the Spinach-Artichoke Dip was just as good as we remembered. I chose the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara for my entree, and it was amazing! We didn’t even have room for dessert!
Friday Night Pizza Dash
We had a Pizza with half Steak & Mushroom and half Margherita with added Artichoke Hearts. As a side, we had a Spinach Salad. Happy Friday!
Quick Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta
Sophie picked Quick Cooker Chicken Parmesan Pasta for tonight’s dinner. It was my pleasure to make it for our birthday girl.
Spaghetti with Cheesy Texas Toast
Jennifer and Sophie made Spaghetti with Cheesy Texas Toast, and it was great!
Chicken Bake with Brussels Sprouts
For dinner tonight, I cut up some chicken breasts to make a One-Dish Chicken Bake with Stove-Top and Balsamic Brussels Sprouts. Not too bad for a quick meal.
Quick Cooker Salsa Chicken
Tonight, we made Quick Cooker Salsa Chicken and added fresh veggie slices to go with it. It was easy to make and very tasty to eat!
More Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs
For dinner, I made Smoky Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs with Roasted Asparagus and Zucchini. The veggies were a little heavy on the lemon juice, but overall, it was great.
Prom Kabob
I ate Beef Fillet Kabob with Vegetables and Balsamic Ancho Chile Drizzle at Firebirds Wood Fried Grill. Then, we shared a Brownie and Ice Cream for dessert. Everything was very tasty!
Taco Bell After Party
I ate a XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito with a Crunchy Taco from Taco Bell for dinner. I hope I feel oK tomorrow.
