Dash of Wings

We chose to order from DoorDash because I was craving Wings, and we had none in the house to make. I ate my Barbecue Wings and Celery Sticks. I forgot to add some Blue Moons to the fridge. So, I washed it down with a Coke.

Parmesan-Stuffed Chicken Breast

Morgan baked me a Parmesan-Stuffed Chicken Breast in our Large Bar Pan. She also made Stuffing on the stove. And, she cooked us Buttery Mixed Vegetables in the microwave using our Micro Cooker. That, and a Blue Moon to wash it down, was just what the doctor ordered.

Spaghetti & Garlic Bread

After work, Sophie made Spaghetti, Jennifer made the Meat Sauce, and I made some amazing Garlic Bread on our Rockcrok Grill Stone under the broiler.

Deli Fried Chicken

We stopped by the deli, and I ordered a Fried Chicken Dinner with Mashed Potatoes and Greek Salad. It filled our belly enough to make it out of the store without a ton of junk food. And, dinner for four was only $10.78!

Mac ‘N Sausages

Morgan made us Macaroni ‘N Cheese and Apple and Gouda Cheese Chicken Sausages. I was thankful for a bit of comfort food.

Rice & Beans

I made myself some Rice & Beans for dinner. I used some leftover rice and a can of pork and beans. A couple minutes in the microwave, and my dinner was ready. Maybe I’ll be more creative tomorrow.

Grilled Cheese

A mentally exhausting day with a headache made me crave Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I didn’t even have tomato soup, and I didn’t care. We had some hoagie rolls to use before they went bad. I grabbed my Quick Slice for the Cheese and sliced the rolls with our Bread Knife and tossed them in our griddle. They were even better than I wanted them to be!

DQ FlameThrower

After a long day at work and a busy day for the family, I gave in and hit the Dairy Queen drive thru on my way home. I ordered a 1/2 lb FlameThrower GrillBurger Combo. I guess I didn’t read the “FlameThrower” part or notice the “jalapeño bacon” when I ordered it. I without a doubt did notice it when I scarfed it down. I didn’t fling it to the ground yelling “spicy” like my daughter would have, but I could taste the kick.

Yummy Spaghetti

Today, the second time in a week, I had a daughter get all four of her wisdom teeth pulled. Oral surgeons are expensive! While she had soup, Jennifer and Sophie made us Spaghetti. It was even yummier than normal.

French Toast with Sausage

After my first day back to work, I made my family dinner when I returned home. I had a bunch of rolls and instead of making a dozen or more sandwiches, I made French Toast with Homemade Raspberry Jam, Maple Chicken Sausage Links and a bit of Scrambled Eggs. Nice to have Breakfast for Dinner. It’s been awhile.
