Spaghetti with Meat Sauce

We had Spaghetti with specially doctored Meat Sauce just the way Jennifer’s mother used to make. And, it was just as tasty as I remembered.

Fried Chicken Dinner

I ordered Fried Chicken, Coleslaw, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy and a Biscuit. It was just as tasty and I wanted it to be, and thanks to GurbHub, I could pick it up quicker than waiting in line at the Drive Thru.

Hidden Veggie Marinara Pasta

I whipped up a batch of Homemade Hidden Veggie Marinara Sauce and served it over Spaghetti. It went will with the Crusty Rolls.

Airport Gyro

Once we took off, I pulled out my Super Gyro and scarfed it down. They didn’t even have time to bring my the cookie. After I was finished, believe it or not, I had an entire can of Coke! It must be my lucky day.

Yummy Enchiladas

We had a family dinner at a local Mexican restaurant, Tres Hombres Mexican Grill and Cantina. I ordered their speciality, Oaxacan Style Enchiladas: One Beef, one Chicken and one Pork. They were very tasty but way too much food to eat. It came with a side of Rice and Refried Beans. I washed it down with a Dos Equis.

Po Boy with Tots

We went out to eat with family tonight. It was pub food and another culinary delight. I ordered their fan favorite Break Po Boy with a ton of Tots. The roll was a little overwhelmed with the toppings, but I didn’t let that stop me. I grabbed a fork and gobbled it up! I even munched on most of the sauce-soaked roll and all its goodness. But, the Tots were too much. I could only eat about half of them before calling it quits, but it wasn’t for lack of trying.

Fantastic Fish & Chips

We broke out our DashPass and ordered a DoorDash delivery from a local pub. They are known for having the best Fish & Chips in the state, and we were not disappointed! It came with a side of Coleslaw. We also ordered an appetizer of Garlic Parmesan Fries, which were equally as delicious.

Pasta Carbonara

We had Pasta Carbonara where they rolled the hot pasta in a wheel of Parmesan. It was yummy even as takeout. We may find time in our schedule to go there in person before we leave.

Nachos and Tacos

Tonight we had takeout from a local Mexican restaurant. They got the 60% of the order wrong, but what we did receive was very tasty. We had amazing Super Nachos with Marinated Pork and Tacos with Rice and Beans. Nice meal with great company.
