Tuesday Night Pizza

We had dinner delivered from Domino’s. We had our normal spread, and I ate a slice of Sausage, Onion and Sausage Pizza, a slice of Ham & Pineapple Pizza, Half of a Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, a couple Garlic Knots, some Mango Habanero Wings and a Brownie Square.

Extra Crispy, Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza

I made us our personal Extra Crispy, Thin Crust Pepperoni in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Others in my family called it an Air Fried, Open Faced Cheese Quesadilla with some Pepperoni Slices on it. It was a tasty little dinner.

Quick Cooker Teriyaki Chicken Dinner

We whipped up a batch of Shredded Chicken Teriyaki and Rice to go with it in our Quick Cooker in only 25 minutes. We had rave reviews from three of us, and an “it was OK” from one who prefers fast food to anything. Oh well. That wasn’t on the menu tonight.

Friday Night Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breasts

The girls had dinner ready when I finished working tonight. They made Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breasts, Stuffing and Peas. I added a bit of leftover Mashed Potatoes. I was thankful.

Smokehouse Brisket with Sweet Potato Fries

The girls picket us up dinner tonight, and I fully enjoyed it. I had a Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich with Sweet Potato Waffle Fries, Jalapeño Poppers and Mozzarella Sticks.

Pork Roast with Roasted Veggies

We made an amazingly seasoned, tender and juicy Pork Roast in our Quick Cooker with Potatoes and Carrots, and we paired it with Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus made in our Deluxe Air Fryer for a great meal ready in 45 minutes!

Leftover Ribs Night

Pardon me, but I was hungry enough that I forgot to snap it after my Corn On the Cob, Macaroni Salad and a couple Ribs were cleaned to the bone. I missed the “pretty” shot, but the meal was pretty tasty if I do say so myself.
