Christmas Eve Dinner

We made Bacon-Wrapped Baked Chicken, Roasted Green Beans, Buttery Garlic Mushrooms and a Greek Salad.

Sloppy Lasagna

Morgan made us her first dinner as a 19 year old, Lasagna. It was as tasty as normal, but my serving skills left a little to be desired.

Grilled Hotdogs with Mac ‘N Cheese

The girls took care of our leaves today, and I gave them options for dinner to show my appreciation. They chose Hotdogs with Mac ‘N Cheese.

Special Spaghetti for company

Our Thanksgiving guests arrived safely and just in time for Jennifer and Sophie’s High Hopes Spaghetti. It was great as usual, and I added some sprinkles of Italian Seasoning on some freezer rolls to give them a little extra something. Our guests were well satisfied. I can’t wait until we share a feast tomorrow!

Shepherd’s Pie

My amazing family made Shepherd’s Pie for dinner, and it was ready just before I made it home from work. It was so good, I even had a second helping. Then, I finished the meal with my first slice of Pumpkin Pie of the season!

Roasted Chicken and Brussels Sprouts

For dinner tonight, I broke out my Half-Sheet Pan & Baking Rack Set again because the crispy chicken skin last time was so amazing, and it didn’t disappoint. I made Oven Roasted Chicken Thighs with Cherry Balsamic Brussels Sprouts and bacon. It was another success!

Chilly Day Chili

It was a snowy, blowy, chilly day here in Indiana, and we made a batch of our Quick Cooker Chili. It’s one Pampered Chef recipe that Jennifer asked for multiple times. If you would like this pressure cooker recipe, shoot me a note. I’d be happy to share it with you!

Costco Chicken Alfredo

Tonight, we had Costco’s pre-made Chicken Alfredo. It’s the one they made fresh today in the deli section. We just needed to heat it and eat it. We paired it with some amazing crusty rolls. Not bad for an easy dinner.
