The girls and I made dinner tonight. Morgan popped the Salisbury Steak into the oven and made her famous Pasta Salad with Sophie’s assistance, and I chopped up a head of Cauliflower and cooked it in our Deluxe Air Fryer Basket on rotisserie mode. I tried to put Parmesan on it, but the melted and stuck to the basket. Oh well, the family gave it an overall thumbs up!

Pork Chops and Roasted Potatoes with Corn on the Cob
For dinner tonight, Jennifer pan-fried Pork Chops in our Cast Iron Skillet, and Sophie diced some Potatoes that I roasted in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Morgan shucked Corn on the Cob before I stuck them in the air fryer for a few minutes. Finally, Sophie and Morgan teamed up to bake some amazing homemade Banana Bread in our Stone Loaf Pan. Great teamwork to make a great meal.
Homemade Nachos
I made some Nachos on our Rockcrok Grill Stone in the oven for dinner tonight. I browned some hamburger in our 10-inch Nonstick Stainless Steel Pan and sprinkled it with Southwest Seasoning and n Enrichables packet of Kale and Fiber. Morgan grated cheese using our Microplane Coarse Grater. We layered tortilla chips, the seasoned beef, black beans and cheese. Then, I broiled them for two minutes. Yummy!
Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Stuffing and Asparagus
Sophie baked us some Stuffed Chicken Breasts for dinner tonight, Morgan made the Stuffing and chopped the Asparagus, and I tossed the Asparagus with Garlic Infused Canola Oil and added some Asian Seasoning before roasting them to perfection in our Deluxe Air Fryer. Sophie concluded the meal by slicing some Cranberry Sauce. I think we must not have has the ones stuffed with Broccoli and Cheese in awhile because they were amazing!
High Hopes with Brazilian Cheese Bread
Sophie and Jennifer made us their famous High Hopes Spaghetti and I tossed the rest of our Brazilian Cheese Bread into our Deluxe Air Fryer. I love the comfort food!
Chicken Alfredo with Brazilian Cheese Bread
Morgan made us Chicken Alfredo for dinner, and I tossed some Brazilian Cheese Bread in the Deluxe Air Fryer. Then, we tossed a salad to add veggies to the plate. We ate early so we had time to play a bit of Dungeons and Dragons as a family.
Homemade Rotisserie Chicken with Fresh Veggies & Macaroni Salad
Tonight, I cooked another Rotisserie Chicken in our Deluxe Air Fryer, and I paired it with Macaroni Salad and Fresh Veggies. It received 4 thumbs up from our family.
Sausages and Leftovers
Tonight we picked our choice of leftovers, and I also popped some Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausages into the Deluxe Air Fryer. I ate a couple Sausages, a piece of leftover Chicken and a couple slices of leftover Pizza.
Cod with Mac ‘N Cheese with Corn on the Cob
I fried Beer Battered Cod in our Deluxe Air Fryer, Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese, and Sophie shucked some Ears of Corn on the Cob, and I roasted them in the Deluxe Air Fryer. It was a tasty meal.
Fried Chicken with Oven-Roasted Veggies
For dinner tonight, I seasoned some Chicken and tossed it in our Deluxe Air Fryer, and the girls teamed up to make Roasted Veggies on our Large Bar Pan.
