Homemade Peruvian Chicken

Tonight we tried a new Pampered Chef Recipe, Peruvian Chicken made in our Deluxe Air Fryer on Rotisserie mode. It was amazing. In fact, Jennifer even said it was better than the ones we buy in the store. Jennifer made some of her Famous Roasted Vegetables: Broccoli, Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts.

Tamale Tuesday

I steamed some Tamales shipped to us from New Mexico for dinner. They only told 15 minutes in our Quick Cooker. I really enjoyed them.

Rotisserie Roast with Veggies

I threw a Roast on our Deluxe Air Fryer’s rotisserie spit, and the flavor turned out amazing! Jennifer roasted Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots and Brussels Sprouts in a Balsamic Mix on our Large Bar Pan. It was an amazingly sweet, crisp and beautifully roasted side dish.

Repeat Fried Rice

We loved the Fried Rice we made last week so much, we had to make it again. It was amazing, and we made enough this time to have a little second helping.

Crispy Chicken with Garlicky Cauliflower Mash

We made Crispy Chicken Thighs in our Deluxe Air Fryer, and I made a Garlicky Cauliflower Mash in our Deluxe Cooking Blender on the purée mode, but I didn’t let it fully finish to add a little extra texture. I even added some of our leftover Mushroom Gravy. The texture was good, but the family thought the garlic should’ve been cooked a bit longer.

Sausage with Mac ‘N Cheese

For dinner, Morgan made you famous Mac ‘N Cheese, and I tossed some Apple Chicken Sausages into the deluxe Air Fryer. A little comfort on a busy Monday.

Creamy Cilantro Lime Chicken

We made Easy One Skillet Creamy Cilantro Lime Chicken for dinner and substituted a few of the ingredients for what we had in the house. It was nice seeing us use what we had and making a nice meal, too.

Hope-less Spaghetti

Jennifer and Sophie made Spaghetti for dinner, but Sophie they couldn’t call it High-Hopes because I was watching TV and they couldn’t play the song. Oh well. It still tasted good to me.

Fried Pork Tenderloin

I tried out our new Butcher’s Twine for the first time tonight. I used it to tie up a Pork Tenderloin to the rotisserie spit, and it worked like a charm! The meat had a nice crisp on the outside and juicy goodness on the inside. Sophie sautéed some Fresh Spinach, and Morgan made a Pasta Salad with Cucumbers, Tomatoes and Artichokes.
