Air Fried Chicken & Beets

For dinner tonight, I fried some Chicken Thighs and opened a jar of Beets we picked up at Costco. Morgan made stuffing, and Sophie made Broccoli.

Mid-Week Leftovers

I chose leftovers for dinner tonight. I ate a Tri-Tip, Asparagus, Garlic-Roasted Vegetables, White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, a tiny piece of leftover Salmon and a bowl of Salad.

Leftover Stir-Fry

For dinner, I heated up leftover Sweet Asian Beef Stir-Fry. I think it was spicier than when I ate it fresh. I still enjoyed it and the extra flavor.

Lazy Day Leftovers

For dinner tonight, we fended for ourselves and knocked out some leftovers. I chose the Beef Stroganoff. It wasn’t bad and willed my belly. I was very happy to realized today is Saturday, and I have another day without being chained to my computer.

Air-Fried Pork Loin

I cooked Thick-Cut Pork Loin in our Deluxe Air Fryer and served it with a bit of Duchess Potatoes and Morgan’s Steamed Peas. Overall, a quick and pretty tasty meal, if I do say so myself.

Leftovers made new

I made Beef Stroganoff using up the rest of our leftover roast. Made in our Quick Cooker, it only took 8 minutes! And, the family loved it!

Sausages with Mac ‘N Cheese

For dinner, Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese, and I popped some Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage into our Deluxe Air Fryer. When Jennifer grabbed her plate, she brought me some leftover Butternut Squash to add some much needed veggies to the plate.

New Year’s Ham Fried Rice

For dinner tonight, we made Ham Fried Rice. I chopped up a bunch of leftover ham. Sophie made a batch of Rice in our Quick Cooker, and Morgan helped me fry it up in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok. It was a tasty start to 2021.

Pork Chop Leftovers

I grabbed a Pork Chop from the fridge and popped it into the Deluxe Air Fryer with a pad of butter. After 5 minutes on reheat, it was good to go!

Air Fried Leftovers

I found another reason to love our Deluxe Air Fryer tonight. I popped my leftover Chicken, Mashed Potatoes and Cauliflower onto the Small Stone Bar Pan. Only five minutes on reheat setting, and dinner was served!
