Tasty Onion Burger

We received our first TasteBuds subscription delivery this week. I used it to make my premier recipe Onion Burgers. Even my self-professed onion-hating daughter LOVED them! And the aioli was amazing, too! We paired it with a Avocado Ranch Chopped Salad and Pasta Salad. We didn’t have buns. So, I had mine on toast. Thank you Pampered Chef!

Homemade Curry Over Rice

We found a recipe online for Vegetable Curry, but I don’t think you can still call it that if you add chicken. We made it in our Non-Stick Stainless Steel Wok and served it over Basmati Rice made in our Quick Cooker. I enjoyed the meal.

Pork Stroganoff

I tried the Hamburger Stroganoff recipe but I substituted slices of a Pork Sirloin Roast to replace the hamburger. It tasted great and only took 8 minutes in our Quick Cooker.

Cast Iron Chicken

I browned some chicken in our Cast Iron Skillet the finished them off in the oven. I served them with Seasoned Cauliflower cooked in our Rotisserie Basket in the Deluxe Air Fryer, Protein Enriched Mac ‘N Cheese and leftover Caesar Salad.

Quick Cooker Pork Chops

We tried another new recipe in our Quick Cooker because we didn’t have meat thawed. Pork Chops and Veggies cooked in 12 minutes with a natural release to make them extra tender.

Creamy Mushroom Chicken

For dinner tonight, we made Creamy Mushroom Chicken in our Quick Cooker and Roasted Potatoes in our Deluxe Air Fryer. I enjoyed it even if it didn’t have any glutens or dairy.

Homemade Peanut Chicken

I threw together a homemade batch of Peanut Chicken and Rice in our Quick Cooker. Once I had everything in the pot, it only had to cook for 4 minutes! The family enjoyed it.

Quick Hamburger Stroganoff

I snatched a new recipe off the web and made my take on a Quick Cooker Hamburger Stroganoff. My hamburger was still frozen, but in the Quick Cooker, it didn’t matter. And, I didn’t have egg noodles. So, I used Thick Spaghetti. Once I added everything, it took 8 minutes to cook. And, it was a hit with the family!
