We had our Pampered Chef family picnic tonight, and I totally forgot to take a photo of my meal. I guess I was just too hungry to remember. Anyway, here’s the most memorable shot I had of my food.

Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breast
My girls make dinner tonight. It featured Asparagus-Stuffed Chicken Breast, Peas and Stuffing. It was a nice meal to end the holiday weekend.
BBQ Pork Sandwiches
I threw a Pork Shoulder in our Quick Cooker before bringing our driver’s-in-training out for another round of parallel parking while it was cooking. Jennifer knocked out a batch of her famous Pasta Salad while we were gone. We returned 45 minutes later and made BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches to go with the Pasta Salad and Macaroni Salad.
Mushroom-less Spaghetti
Jennifer and Sophie were crafting the special Spaghetti when I made it home from work. But, they said they chose to leave out the mushrooms because they looked past their prime. I guess I’ll use them in my eggs for breakfast.
Wings & Mushrooms
After a fun day letting my youngest driver-in-training get some practice in a parking lot and down a side road, we saved another $4.33 using our DashPass! I went for the Naked Smoked Wings with Lightly Breaded and Fried Mushrooms. They were tasty! Thanks, Aspen Creek Grill and DoorDash!
Pasta Bake
The family had dinner nearly ready when I made it home from work. We had a Classic Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake a la Stouffer’s.
More Mac ‘N Cheese with Sausages
When you’re ready to finish your shift on your day job only to notice that you have a quarterly report due tomorrow, you work a little over to get it ready. Thankfully, my family didn’t let me starve to death. Morgan made us Mac ‘N Cheese with Apple & Gouda Chicken Sausage for dinner. And, it hit the spot! I washed it down with a big glass of milk.
Mediterranean Chicken & Rice Bowls
We had our-of-town family stop over for dinner tonight. We shipped together a batch of Quick Cooker Mediterranean Chicken & Rice Bowls. I helped make it during Pampered Chef training, but this was the first time cooking it at home. My family was impressed, and so was I. Only 19 minutes in the Quick Cooker, and it was time to eat.
Breakfast Casserole for Linner
I think we originally planned on having this for brunch, but it took us longer to get going than we wanted. So it transformed into Breakfast for Linner. Our Casserole has hash browns, sausage, onions, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, eggs and shredded cheese. It’s a family recipe we’ve been making since shortly after we were married, and it was tasty as ever!
Family made Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs
The family made a great dinner tonight as a team. Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs, Balsamic-Glazed Brussels Sprouts and Stuffing. Jennifer and Sophie teamed up on the Brussels Sprouts. Morgan made the Stuffing. I crafted the Chicken with assistance from Sophie measuring the spices. Teamwork makes the dream work!
