Meatless Monday Italian Style

It’s been a bit since we ordered Italian food delivered, but it was time tonight. Jennifer and I shared our meals because we couldn’t decide which one sounded best. I chose the Penne Alla Ortolana, and she picked the Tagliatella Alla Tarantella. I enjoyed it.

Sunday Night Munchies

For dinner tonight, I had planned on putting some Beer Battered Cod in the Deluxe Air Fryer. Unfortunately, there were only 2 fillets in the freezer. So, we supplemented them with Taquitos, Mini Tacos, Pasta Salad and Air Fried French Fries.

Rotisserie Beef Roast

I made a Beef Roast in the Rotisserie Mode of our Deluxe Air Fryer, and Asparagus in the Rotisserie Basket. Morgan whipped up a batch of Stuffing to go with it. I added a few pieces from our Fruit Tray to my plate.

Homemade French Onion Rice

I tried a new recipe that I found online: French Onion Rice. We paired it with a salad and fresh Vegetables. It was quite tasty.

Panda Express craving satisfied

I decided to send my girls on a meal run to Panda Express. They picked up a family meal deal. It included Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, and Sweetfire Chicken. We added a small order of Mushroom Chicken, Cream cheese Rangoons and Veggie Spring Rolls. My craving was totally satisfied!

Freddy’s for the win!

I enjoyed a Double Bacon and Cheese Steakburger Combo with a-MAZE-ing Onion Rings and a Turtle Concrete Mixer. I really enjoyed it with their Fry Sauce.

Boneless Ribs, Brussels Sprouts & Potatoes

We made BBQ Pork Loin and Potatoes in our Deluxe Air Fryer. The Potatoes were cooked in the rotisserie basket, and the pork was on a rack with parchment paper. We also made Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts with Bacon.

Taco in a Bowl

We whipped up another new recipe in our Nonstick Stainless Steel Wok tonight, Taco in a Bowl, and I loved it! The recipe says it’s even “Keto Friendly” if you’re into that kind of thing. I just know that one helping filled me up, and it was tasty!

Chicken with Fried Potatoes

For dinner tonight we used our Deluxe Air Fryer to made Chicken Drumsticks and Roasted Potatoes to go with Steamed Veggies.
