I even logged overtime today. I really need to have a light day. However, I’m in a class for the next two days. I bet this will fry my brain like the other one. Oh well, learning new things is a change from the day-to-day.
For dinner, I popped some frozen Beer-Battered Cod, and thawed Tater Tots into our Deluxe Air Fryer, and in 17 minutes, Ba-BAM! Dinner was served. Sophie made Peas to go with it.
